”A little wear and tear in the shower, but overall a beautiful hotel! Spacious rooms, very clean, nice gym and bar onsite is nice!”

”Our room was pretty dirt but we got in late. There was a big wad of hair on the bathroom floor. There also looked to be boogers wiped on the bathroom wall and the tub was dirty. Other than that we were not in our room much due to a tournament. Breakfast did end really early. I feel like most hotels it is open till 10:30-11 but this one closed at 9:30 sharp! We missed it by 4 minutes”

”The hotel room was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. What I don’t appreciate is the housekeeping people waking us up on the last day. Check out is noon and we had the do not disturb sign outside the door but housekeeping knocked at 9:15 and woke us up. I told the man we are staying until checkout. Yet he came back a little after 11 and knocked again. There should be better coordination so housekeeping knows when a person has left or at the very least, honor the do not disturb sign until...

”My son and I just had an overnight stay for an event in South Bend. Our room was much bigger than expected since I believe we stayed in an ADA room or mini suite which for the very reasonable price was a very nice bonus. The staff was friendly albeit we got in late and left out early so not much extra interaction there. The breakfast was adequate and the typical selections were available and fresh. The best was that the hot food was actually hot, which as a 30+ year chef and food service veteran...

”After checking in late got up the next morning. Had mold on the bathroom ceiling. Room was dirty. Only 2 towels for 4 people. Asked for more and they want 1.50 each. Because of the mold we checked out instead of staying the 4 nights. Refuse a refund for unused days. Place was nasty and staff was unhelpful.”

”This motel was easy to find and plenty of parking. a lot of good restaurants in area, Cracker Barrel, Perkins, Steak & Shake, otyhers. A great welcome by Tim and he was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was excellent. I've stayed here 3 times and like La Quinta in any city but the reason I pick this motel is the breakfast which is usually excellent but this time the breakfast was good but cold, so a time in the microwave was necessary, Scramble eggs,...

”Nice updated or new hotel only down far was finding it as it’s located behind a gas station and you have to use their parking lot to access the hotel parking lot and there was no signage indicating the best western. Bed and rooms we comfortable. Breakfast was normal complimentary hotel breakfast. Never used pool, was hoping for a hot tub but there wasn’t one at this location.”

”The guy working was friendly and helpful. I arrived to check in at 12:30am, he gave me a key and pointed me to my room. After multiple attempts, I had to go back to have a new one printed - that one didn’t work either. He printed a third key and tried it himself, reliizing it didn’t work because someone was already staying in that room, for whatever reason, their system allows them to put multiple people in the same room, luckily the key didn’t work or we would have all been in for a surprise.”

”Very misleading pictures online. The pool and hot tub were vile, cloudy, sediments on the benches in the hot tub. No towels to use, I don’t believe the floor had been mopped ever. The room was filthy. Looked like there was blood on the curtains. We checked in for about 3 hours and left. The walls had very clear areas that were dirty and had not been wiped down. The hallways smelled like smoke, there were odd stains on the stairs. A random wet towel piled in the corner of one stair. Weird vibes...
