There was tiling in the bathroom that was very sloppily repaired; there was a big patch of peeled/missing paint on the walls; the interior of the closet was missing a panel or mirror or something. There was no hair dryer. I know the power outage was not your fault, but we did not get breakfast and that was a bummer.”

This hotel has consistently met those expectations year-in and year-out. Breakfast choices are above par. In our experience, it is the best of multiple hotel options at this exit, and we have tried several. ”

”There was a storm in the area which knocked out soem of the amenities like the TV, but that was not their fault. The staff had to unlock our room door for us as the card feature was not working. The staff had to work extra hard to accomodate people. The room was clean and comfortable. Good staff tryign to make the best of a hard situation.”

”Front desk staff was amazing. Hotel was clean besides outside trashes were overflowing all weekend. Do not care for the etiquette of the cleaning staff. I have stayed at this hotel twice in 4 weeks and both times the cleaning staff has not only knocked on our door 2 hours before check-out time but tried to come into our room both times. ”The outside of the property was very well kept. The rooms were very clean. The amenities were well supplied. The only show I had was the inside pool was extremely dirty. The pool is full of sand or possibly grout from the tile. I spoke to the front desk the second night of our stay and asked if they would be cleaning the pool before it opened the next day he replied that they shocked the pool on Wednesdays and I said that's not cleaning it because of pool is full of bugs and extremely dirty and...
