”I think the “Luxury home” part of the listing was a bit of a stretch but overall we had a good time during our stay. The frame for the king bed was terrible though, any movement no matter how small was incredibly loud to the point you can’t believe what you’re hearing is even possible. I greatly appreciated a call from the owner to touch base about checking out and what not, and unlike many other spots that expect you to deep clean the house before leaving, this one had no such requirement.”

”Jonery is an apartment complex located in Charlotte, North Carolina’s trendy Arts District that allots of portion of their one bedroom and studio spaces for room rental. They require you to pre-check in online which I did. I knew that I would be arriving after the 5PM which is when their website noted a life staff member leaves. For two days during business hours, I left emails. I left voicemails….called excessively and no one ever answered or responded. Upon my 5 o’clock arrival, tenants were...

”This hotel made me get rid of my service animal which is against the law. They would no allow him to stay there and I had to find other accommodation for him because I am out of town and did not have time to look for another hotel due to scheduled activities.”

”Genuinely not sure why the price is expensive here. My girlfriend was stuck in the shower due to the door not open/ close properly, no microwave(anywhere in the building, so don’t bring left overs), a lukewarm fridge, no complimentary water, no pool, breakfast not included, and a daily parking fee to top it off. I always book with the Marriott family but this is by far the most under whelming experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely wanted to cancel my stay and go to the Hilton. Will never return.”

”The rooms were clean and facilities were very well taken care of. The breakfast was very good. The staff were fantastic! They were so helpful assisting us in finding places in the city and ordering us a cab to the airport. They even followed up to make sure the cab arrived with plenty of time. Wonderful stay and would stay again!!!”
