Newly designed vacation apartment located directly at the foot of the Serles. The apartment is about 50m² and has a kitchen with integrated living area, a bedroom, bathroom incl. shower and toilet and a large vestibule with plenty of storage space.

A small terrace with garden furniture and free parking directly at the accommodation are also available.

Fantastic location at the foot of the Serles in a very quiet location. Just 10 minutes walk from the center of the village with a wonderful view of the Stubai mountains.Ideal starting point for hikes and walks in summer and winter, ski tours, snowshoe hikes around the Waldraster Jöchl or skiing fun at the nearby Serleslifte Mieders or in the other ski areas of the Stubaital. 10 minutes walk from the Hochserlesbahnen Mieders as well as 5 minutes walk from the Miederer Badl (open daily in summer in good weather) our apartment offers a recreational paradise, just above the village center of Mieders.

Only 15 to 20 minutes drive from the beautiful provincial capital of Innsbruck, which boasts many attractions.

Direct access to the ski slope (only 5 minutes walk to the valley slope)

Serlesbahnen Mieders: 200m walk directly to the ski slope, to the valley station 10min. walk or 1,6km by car

Schlick 2000 (Fulpmes) 5,7 km (in summer also for paragliders!)

Elferlifte Neustift 10 km (in summer a paradise for paragliders)

Stubai Glacier 28 km

Steinach, Berger Alm (also night skiing) 21 km

Mutterer Almbahnen 14 km

In winter all ski buses in the valley can be used free of charge in winter equipment, also in summer with the Stubai Supercard!

Stubai Super-Card: Free use of the Miederer swimming pool (5 minutes' walk away), 2 admissions of 3 hours each to the Stubay, various discounts e.g. at the Birds of Prey Park, Sightseer Bus in Innsbruck, AirParc Stubay, Bergisel Stadium, Tyrolean State Museum.
