”Room was dirty and in disrepair. Furniture was torn and stained -- one chair has a cigarette burn hole in it. The room smelled stale and musty it used to be a smoking room that hasn't been properly remediated. Hairs from previous guests were found on the bathroom and on the toilet. Certainly not worth $180/night. Arguably an $80/night motel.”

”Room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the space was nice. No elevator. We had a ground floor room but heard others complaining about lugging things to 2nd Floor. Would stay again”

”The building is old and the exterior shows it. However, the room had been updated and was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint was that the air conditioner was also an old unit that was loud and slightly damp/moldy smelling. Breakfast was so-so. It would be good if they added a small fridge with yogurt.”

”Everything was perfect the only bad thing was the A/C didn’t work properly keeps turning off and it was impossible to keep that room in temperature wasn’t good at all other then that it was good.”

”The outside looked weathered and I was a little worried at first, but everything was nice and the people were helpful and friendly. I preferred this hotel over the expensive one we stayed in in Niagara Falls earlier that week.”

”We made this our go to place for the fourth of July celebration we plan on staying again next year , only problem was there was never no coffee in the lobby , wish they would do a continental breakfast since the restaurant is no longer here , but it isn't a make or brake , reasonably priced rooms beds are comfortable it's not a 5 star but it is nice”

We took our dogs with us and since it was very hot, we would walk the dogs in the yards beside & behind the building and we both smoke cigarettes so we would smoke while out there. The wall around the elevators where Fility. the headboards and desk were covered in Grime( Grime that you could acutely Scrape Off ... The Bathroom floor was Disgusting. The area in front of the main lobby was covered in Cigarette buts .. There where a few events in town so I knew i could not find a mother soon so it was...

”My grandson and i stayed here for 2 nights during a baseball tournament at Marshall Park. This was a great places to stay! Very quiet and close to everything you could possibly need. 10 minutes or less from Marshall Park. We will definitely be staying here again if we’re in the area.”

”Nice place for an overnight. Splash Harbor is a small pool and splash pad area but very nice. Pool has algae growing on the bottom edges. Bathroom in the pool area was very dirty and no Mat on the floor so very slippery. The room was standard. Carpet was very old and worn and musty smelling. Front desk folks seemed a in knowledgeable and overwhelmed. The breakfast was good and the lady that hosted that was fantastic.”

”Very nice room, excellent food not only at breakfast, the onsite restaurants dinner was excellent, don’t skip the cheesecakes. The acting Manager Courtney was kind, attentive and made you feel like you were at home. Little comforts from a coffee bar and snack basket await you outside your room.
