”Clean room and beds”

”Great room, helpful staff, good breakfast. Pool was very nice but very cold”

”Great stay... friendly staff... very clean!”

”I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Savannah! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Savannah!”

”The hotel was very clean and maintained. The website said the breakfast was a continental breakfast, but it was a full breakfast. I would stay here again.”

”It right across the parking lot from Texas Roadhouse! Huge plus!!”

”So minimal there wasn’t anything in kitchenette. Could have used small dish soap, plastic disposal glasses, and either small roll of paper towels or dish cloths. I did see how you could request amenities normally found in hotels with kitchenettes.”

”Convenient to the airport with comfortable beds and clean rooms.”

”Other than the staff being”

”Clean environment and everyone was super helpful! Restaurant available in case you need some food. We also got our Doubletree cookies!”

”Smelly and old hotel. No good.”

”I sent message to management. Will reach out to card to reimburse at least one day. Floor filthy by entrance to fridge. Bathroom with urine on floor and broken toilet. Had to use lobby toilet which had its own problem but workable toilet. Remote for TV sticky. Pillow foul odor. When complaint made, I was transferred to another room from 319 to 316. Had even bigger problem so stayed with 319 and used lobby bathroom on first floor. Not acceptable”
