”I knew as soon as I saw this listing, I had to make it happen! Of a kind, truly. Situated on the edge of a dense pine forest and close to the beach, we thoroughly enjoyed our week in this wonderfully renovated farmhouse.Our host Silvia was extremely professional, and she is a great communicator!I can’t wait to visit again! ”

”Really Nice villa with all necesities and fantastic surroundings. The hostess Silvia was wery helpfull and provided us with all the information we needed. Nice beach 4 km away with good parkingareas. At night expect some noise from trains nearby. ”

”Stayed 2 nights. Walkable to the beach both the public area and the private clubs where you can rent an umbrella/cabana. Beach is sand (gets very hot - need flip flops or water shoes). Drivable to grocery store and other small towns. It’s like being in a resort (apparently it used to be a hotel). Great views.”

”Wohnung war sauber. Klein aber alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat uns über die heißen Nächte gerettet. Die Küche war mit dem Induktionsfeld sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Bad war relativ neu und sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Park war abends sehr angenehm. Wir kommen wieder im nächsten Jahr. Vielen Dank.”

”Die Lage ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge nach Florenz (sehr empfehlenswert mit dem Zug ab Pisa), Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca. Aber auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Das Haus liegt mitten in einem Park, der zu langen Spaziergängen einläd. Auch die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, Silvia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Ich kann einen Urlaub hier nur empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.”
