La Cala Home offers modern, fully equipped studios in a recently renovated boutique building with four independent units, located in the heart of La Cala de Mijas. Only the two ground floor studios feature a private mini pool each.



This ground floor studio (Cala Azul) is 25 m² and has a private interior patio adjoining the neighboring studio’s patio, separated by a fence for visual privacy. The small pool (1.90 m x 1.30 m, 0.60 m deep) is ideal for two people; children must be supervised by an adult, ensuring a peaceful and private outdoor space.



The property is just behind the Torreón de La Cala. The beach, restaurants, shops, and local services are within walking distance.



La Noria Golf Club is 650 meters away, Chaparral Golf Club is 3.2 km, and Miraflores Golf is 3.7 km away.



The studio is ideal for 2 adults and can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a small sofa bed (106 x 180 cm) suitable for children or teenagers. Not recommended for two adults or older children.



Includes a double bed (135 x 200 cm), wardrobe, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen integrated with the living area, square table (0.60 m per side), air conditioning (hot/cold), high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, 100-liter water heater, security door, and double-glazed windows for a quiet sleeping environment.



Guests can also enjoy a shared rooftop terrace with sun loungers and seating areas, available only from October to May, from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., following the usage rules provided before check-in.
