La Cala Home – Cala Azul – Ground Floor Studio with Private Patio and Pool

La Cala Home offers modern, fully equipped studios in a recently renovated boutique building with four independent units, located in the heart of La Cala de Mijas. Only the two ground floor studios each have a private mini pool.



This ground floor studio (Cala Azul), 25 m², features a private patio adjoining the neighboring studio’s patio, separated by a fence for visual privacy. It includes a small pool (1.90 m x 1.30 m, 0.60 m deep), perfect for two people; children must be supervised by an adult, ensuring a peaceful and private outdoor area.



The property is just behind the Torreón de La Cala. The beach, restaurants, shops, and local services are within walking distance.



The studio is ideal for 2 adults and can accommodate up to 3 guests, with a small sofa bed (106 x 180 cm) suitable for children or teenagers. Not recommended for two adults or older children.



Features include a double bed (135 x 200 cm), wardrobe, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen integrated with the living area, square table (0.60 m per side), air conditioning (hot/cold), high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, 100-liter water heater, security door, and double-glazed windows for a quiet night’s sleep.



Guests also have access to a shared rooftop terrace with sun loungers and seating areas, open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., following usage rules provided before arrival. The shared terrace will not be available from 2027.
