The apartment has a full bathroom, American kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, as well as complete utensils and kitchenware so you feel at home



The living-dining room opens onto a porch and a spectacular 60 m2 terrace with front views of the sea, where you can relax and enjoy the sound of the waves The complex where the apartment is located has a communal swimming pool and a beautiful garden meticulously maintained, with direct access to the beach, providing you with comfort and nature at your fingertips. Additionally, you can take advantage of the tennis and paddle courts to stay active during your stay



Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates, and schedules established by the owners' community, which may vary according to season or internal decisions.



Moreover, the accommodation provides a non-numbered parking space, subject to random availability due to the behaviour of some community users. Although there should be a parking space per apartment, during peak season the space may not be guaranteed. Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner are liable for this situation.
