  • Upea andalusialaistyylinen huvila, joka sijaitsee 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Lähellä pientä ostoskeskusta, jossa on baareja, ravintoloita ja kaikki mukavuudet. Kiinteistössä on 4 makuuhuonetta. 3 kaunista makuuhuonetta pohjakerroksessa ja iso isäntäsviitti, jossa kaksi yksityistä terassia, joista yläkerrassa on upea merinäköala. Talossa on upouusi varustettu keittiö, 3 kylpyhuonetta, tilava ja valoisa olohuone, josta on näkymä terassille ja iso yksityinen uima-allas. Huvila sijaitsee rauhallisella kadulla Calahondassa, 10 minuutin päässä Marbellasta, 3 minuutin päässä Cabopinon satamasta (yksi rannikon kauneimmista satamista) ja 25 minuutin päässä Puerto Banusista. Málagan lentokenttä on 20 minuutin päässä moottoritieltä. Löydät sieltä monia varusteita ja pelejä lapsille (pétanque, uima-allaspelit, ulkona plancha ja jääkaappi, lasten pelit, lasten sänky, lautapelit, maastopyöräily, pesukone, kuivausrumpu jne.)

Excellent villa with plenty of room for our family of eight, the pool and outdoor areas were where we spent most of our time and is a welcoming area with everything you need. The indoor areas are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. The view from the first floor is spectacular down towards the sea. There’s a small amount of work currently underway to the area at the rear of the patio at the far side of the pool and a couple of external lights to reposition but these didn’t affect our enjoyment, I’m sure once completed the pool area will look even better!

Brill Family Holiday

Very impressed with villa, good location, well equipped and lovely pool/outdoor area. We all had great fun in the pool and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. Calahonda beach is about 10/15 mins down hill and there’s a nice walkway either way with nice beach bars. Short walk to some lovely restaurants/bars where we enjoyed tasty meals & drinks. Owner was very helpful.

Great villa!

Great villa which was perfect for our summer holiday. The facilities brilliantly catered for two families with teenagers. The villa is located close to shops and restaurants with the beach only a short walk away. Mael was an amazing host who communicated well throughout our stay answering any questions we had. Would recommend.

Vi havde den mest fantastiske ferie i Villa Trocadero! ❤️ Vi var to familier med i alt 3 teenagere og en pige på 10 år, og huset var simpelthen den perfekte ramme om vores ferie. Vi har haft det helt fantastisk fra start til slut. Villaen er virkelig dejlig, og især poolområdet og den store terrasse blev samlingspunktet for os. Det er et skønt sted, hvor man virkelig kan slappe af og nyde ferien sammen. Huset føles som en lille oase, og vi kunne næsten ikke have ønsket os et bedre sted at holde ferie. Og så skal Maël have en kæmpe anbefaling med på vejen! ⭐️ Han er uden tvivl en af de bedste værter, vi nogensinde har mødt. Han var utrolig sød, hjælpsom og lynhurtig til at svare på alle vores spørgsmål. Man følte sig virkelig velkommen og godt taget hånd om. Villa-guiden var også fantastisk og meget brugbar. Den gav os gode anbefalinger til både indkøb, restauranter, strande og oplevelser i området, hvilket gjorde det nemt at få det bedste ud af vores ferie. Alt i alt har det været den bedste ferie, vi nogensinde har haft, og vi ville uden tøven vælge Villa Trocadero igen. Vi har allerede lyst til at komme tilbage! ❤️ Tusind tak til Maël for at dele dette fantastiske sted med os. Vi kan kun give vores allerbedste anbefalinger!

Excellent Stay

We are a family of 6 adults and had plenty of room. Great sized pool with a very deep end and good outside space with shade. Good restaurants very close by, we particularly enjoyed Bogarts. Travelled by car to Capobinho Beach which was great. Good communication with the owner at all times.

Brilliant location, lovely villa.

We had a fantastic stay, the owner Mael was brilliant start to finish. We got a call the day before arrival telling us we didn’t have to wait and just go straight to the villa upon arrival, this was a great help. The villa was spotless throughout, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The outdoor area was a great size, and the outdoor fridge also helped. The only thing that I would say is, the pool could do with some attention. Other than that we had an amazing holiday and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great location, amenities, and management

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Trocadero. We were a group of 9 and there was plenty of space for sleeping, cooking, eating, and lounging indoors and out. The management was very responsive to our requests and sent someone immediately when an issue arose. The location is great but you will need a car to get to the nicer beaches - especially with smaller kids - but some of us walked or jogged to the beach on a few occasions, which was close enough. Restaurants and shops are very close, however. I would definitely recommend taking a drive into Malaga center - we left it for the end of the trip and regretted not spending more time there.

Lovely, villa with a good size pool and garden. The villa is very spacious with 4 good size bedrooms and 3 nice bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need if you wanted to stay in and cook or BBQ. The garden had the sun in it all day and the built in seat at the end of the pool was a sun trap in the late afternoon. Good location with a couple of small supermarkets and restaurants a few minutes walk away. You can walk down to the beach in a round 10-15 minutes under the road. Lovely walk along the beach it you turn left when you get to the beach. Had a very enjoyable stay with my family and small grandchild and would recommend the villa.

An absolutely stunning property decorated and equipped beautifully throughout. We stayed with our two children (aged 12 & 8) my sister in law and husband and parents. The villa was spacious for us all. Pool and outside area is fantastic with plenty of shade if needed. The pool was cleaned three times over the course of the 11 nights we were there. The added table tennis table there was a delight for my 12 year old son. The villa has everything a family needs for a relaxing stay rooms are large and airy with the added bonus of air con when needed. The villa is located close to shops and restaurants and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby that are very reasonably priced. Communication with the owners were excellent prior to, during and after our stay to ensure everything was ok. We cannot recommend this villa enough and would love to come back soon to stay again

Excellent Villa

We stayed as a family of 8 (4 couples) and 2 children (2 and nine months). Excellent communication with Mael when needed. The private pool was fantastic and really made the holiday. Mael was very helpful on check out which really helped when travelling with a baby. Restaurants/a few bars and small mini markets just a few minute walk away. Having a car was helpful for going to do bigger shops at Mercadona/Lidl (both less than 5 minutes in car). Beach was probably a bit far to walk to with prams however an Uber there was only about 6 euro if needed and we were happy by the pool. Thanks Mael!

A lovely 2 weeks

A perfect 2 weeks in the sunshine with family ❤️ A perfectly well equipped villa with all the necessary needs for our families. 4 adults and 6 children between us (aged from 1-7!) A very short walk to the small express shop for essentials (bread, milk etc) - but not cheap! Short 10-15 minute walk to Lidl and Mercadona (uphill on the way back!) a great place to shop for all holiday needs!

Perfect Villa near Malaga

This Villa was just perfect for our large extended family of 7 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space for all, kitchen very well stocked for cooking, nice BBQ area, and the pool was just the best. Lots of toys for the children too. House was nice and clean, had everything we needed. Also close to beach and shops. Mael was super responsive and friendly throughout the booking and stay. We had a wonderful relaxing time. Highly recommend for large families.

Wonderful holiday

The Villa was as described and everything we needed, we had a family of 9, ages ranging from 4 to 91, and everybody loved it. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Would recommend highly and we hope to stay again soon.

Great stay for families

We were in the accommodation for a week with two families and four children. It was a great stay. The house has enough space for larger groups and everything was as in the pictures and descriptions. Unfortunately, a second baby chair was missing. The owner was very easy to reach at any time and always friendly The house is perfectly located near restaurants (also take away) and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach

Lovely villa, great location

10 of us, 3 families, stayed here for a week. We had a really lovely time. The villa was big enough for us not to be on top of each other. The pool is a great size, love the steps going in, much easier for the kids than ladders. Well equipt kitchen, plenty of kids plates bowls and cutlery too! The local area is great, a few nice restaurants within walking distance and a little express supermarket. There is a beach close by but cabopino beach is much nicer, soft sand as opposes to shingly sand on the closer beach. Worth the 5/10 minute drive, plenty of parking there. Only downsides, if there are a lot of you, there wasn't enough towels really. And the hot water ran out when 4 of us had a shower around the same time. Mael was always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. We would stay again.

Great villa perfect for a family

We had a great week here! The villa was really well equipped with everything we could need. Especially in the kitchen! There were travel cots, high chairs, toys, games and pool toys for the kids. Really useful and helped keep two toddlers occupied. The check in process was really easy and everything was explained well. Prior to our visit any questions we had were answered really quickly. The villa is in a perfect location and we could walk to plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa itself is nicely decorated and the views from the upstairs balcony were gorgeous. We will definitely be booking to come back next year.

Ruim huis en centraal gelegen

Het huis is bijzonder ruim en compleet ingericht. Prachtig uitzicht op zee vanaf de eerste verdieping. Zeer attente eigenaar. Het huis ligt aan een doorgaande weg waardoor winkels en uitstapjes makkelijk bereikbaar zijn. Het huis is bereikbaar vanaf de weg via een trap, ook in het huis zijn diverse trapjes en afstapjes. Badkamers iets gedateerd

Nice place. Enjoyed the house and the neibourghood.

The house is spaceful enough, even for 10 guests. The garden part is also enough for everyone's demands. There is everything needed in the house. Even seats and cradles for little babies. The shops, restaurants, car hire, bus station are nearby. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Very supportive staff. We recommend the house.

Super séjour dans un chouette endroit !

Très bon séjour dans une chouette maison très propre et chouette déco entièrement équipée . Un accueil et suivi optimal de la part du propriétaire. Maison idéale pour un séjour en famille ou amis. Elle est proche de tout (commerces, golfs, plages et chouettes restos ! Le tout à quelques minutes du centre de marbella. Bref je recommande et je reviendrai ! Merci à vous pour tout ! J ai passé un très chouette séjour.

Magnifique villa pour des vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille (5 adultes et 4 enfants) dans cette très jolie maison pour les fêtes de fin d'année. La maison est spacieuse, magnifiquement décorée, très bien équipée aussi bien à l'intérieure qu'à l'extérieure. L'emplacement est idéal, dans un quartier calme, non loin des commodités, de la plage et à proximité de grande villes alentours. Le propriétaire est d'une grande disponibilité et très prévenant. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour dans cette villa que nous recommandons sans hésiter!
