This region is also recognised for its collection of luxurious golf courses, such as Los Naranjos Golf, which is just under half an hour away from the centre of Costa del Sol. This course seems to span for miles, comprising 18-holes and a collection of fairways and bunkers. In fact, Los Naranjos is seen as one of the finest courses in Spain and is used for a variety of professional tournaments. There is also a golf academy centre on-site, allowing guests to build upon their skills and ensure that they are ready to take on this magnificent course. The Los Naranjos Golf course is open every day from 7:30 am till 8:30 pm.
If you are looking to experience the wonders of Costa del Sol from a spectacular height, the Teleferico Benalmadena is a must-do attraction. This intuitive and modern cable car system gives guests the opportunity to rise 700 m above sea level and gaze at the awe-inspiring mountains that sit peacefully below. This tour lasts for around 15 minutes and travels 5.65m from Arroyo del Miel to the peak of Sierra de Mijas. The Teleferico Benalmadena is just under an hour away from the centre of Costa del Sol.
