Wyndham Resort 4 Bed House

Fantastic 4 bedroom townhouse, sleeps up to 8, situated on the popular Wyndham resorts in Mijas Costa! Just 20 minutes easy drive to Málaga Airport, 5 minute walk to the beach and with many facilities to use and enjoy on the resort, this privately owned house is available for short term holiday rentals year round!

With 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 in two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms and lounge are air conditioned (hot and cold). The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering holidays and there is 1 private parking space (gated). There is a patio area to the street side of the house with lounge furniture, where you can enjoy morning sun. To the rear of the house there is another patio terrace which has afternoon sun, lounge seating and BBQ. This leads directly out via a gate into the urbanisation's swimming pool. You have a private table, chairs and sunbeds, then there are more communal sunbeds around the swimming pools.



This is a fantastic house for family holidays with all the comforts and features you need: Pools, beach nearby, shops on site, restaurants on site, air conditioned and with lovely areas to eat in as a family as well.





Guests have full and sole use of the house for the duration of the booked holiday. There are restaurants and shops open for everyone to use, with some entertainment at certain times of the year. The kids club you can use is subject to availability (usually only in the low season), though there is a small extra fee for this, please ask at reception.



Your Dream Home are on hand during your stay if you have any emergencies! We have an office in nearby Fuengirola, just 10 minute drive from the house, so within easy reach if you need us. We also clean and prepare the house to the highest standard before your holiday!



The house is located just a few minutes walk from the beach and main bus route between the resort towns of Fuengirola and la Cala de Mijas as well!

Amazing property

Appalling customer service

The property itself and the resort were amazing. Unfortunately thought, we had no check in details and could not get hold of the owner or the rental company so could not get in to the property for a couple of hours on arrival, we didn't even know if we would even be able to gain access that night. Vrbo were helpful thankfully and eventually managed to get hold of the owner. The boiler was broken and flooded the utility area, again we could not get hold of the owner and it was very difficult to speak to the rental agency. We were left with no boiler or hot water for 3 days, the only response we had was "it's hot weather, have a cold shower". We were not offered any facilities to use in the mean time, nobody came to clean up the mess and we were expected to clean it ourselves and had multiple saucepans of dirty water we had to deal with. We have been ignored when requesting some sort of compensation for the terrible issues and customer service we received.

Beautiful Resort and attentive host

Beautiful house, however, there were some issues, such as, no access to the advertised gym. We offered to pay a fee, reception said no due to not being a part of their hotel. Host says otherwise but this did not get resolved, left half the group disappointed. Sharing a bathroom between 6/8 proved difficult and therefore, my ensuite didnt include much privacy, the shower also flooded. Washing machine didnt work, it said there was no water. Key box and gate access situation was quite inconvenient as the gate locked itself and you had to get the key from the lockbox everytime so everyone had access. Two keys didnt access anything. Back gate very stiff, eventually realised we didnt need a key and that it just needed a very big push. Wifi did not work for a couple of days and had people come over to fix it. Although, the host emailed me when we arrived to inform us that it had been reported and she was in the middle of fixing it for us. Restaurants nice, beach is a 10 minute walk away, if that. Beautiful location, train to Malaga took 45 minutes and cab to Marbella was half an hour. Pool was lovely, not too busy and house had a ball we all played with. We all could have stayed longer, it was a lovely place overall.
