I had to hug onto the wall to get clean and spent a lot of time under the water just to make sure every part of me was thoroughly rinsed off with soap. The hotel staff doesn’t lock the soap dispensers on the wall, so they tend to fall off if you bump...

”The reception staff were always 100% helpful with information, water, or anything we needed at our room. Valet always seemed on top of things except on the precise moment we brought in a rental car but I get a sense that they gave excellent service to everyone else the rest of the time. The one negative thing we found was the restaurant. The food was overcooked and the younger servers did not seem to be focusing on the work. ”Our stay was good and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Though the hotel applied $100 flat pet fees which is very high and should be mentioned somewhere prior to booking. They also don't have parking space, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy and charge $55 for valet parking. Overall a little inconvenient given the parking situation.”

”The Riverside location is wonderful. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Housekeeping services could be a tad better as often they did not leave adequate replacement coffee and on one occasion left used cups and glasses in the room. Plumbing services need to be improved as well-I had notified the front desk twice about a very slowly draining bathroom sink. The repair man came and went, but did not fix the issue. Other than these minor things, this was a great stay.”
