”The keyless app check in didnt work on my brand new phone (screen to take photo of government ID was black, no photo could be taken, whether that was an app issue or a setting on my phone Im not sure?) but I was able to text the link to my husband and his older model phone worked to secure the room ID and key code. Such a great staff, very clean room, and dinner was fantastic. Thanks for the free continental breakfast and house made granola to take home as well. ”

”The staff was outstanding! We enjoyed the size of the room and the equipped kitchen. The little alcove outside the bathroom was a nice touch for two people getting ready. The outdoor seating areas were nice in the evening with fire pit going. Would definitely recommend this place.”

”I arrived and was informed that there was no air conditioning or hot water at the hotel. They said they had reached out to other hotels to accommodate their guests. They moved me to a new hotel where I had to book a new room and pay for it out of pocket. They said I would be refunded but then refused when I asked. Do mot book this hotel.”

”The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

”Very nice stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Lake Katrine, NY. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. We loved the complementary soap, shampoo and other sundries. Very convenient! Shower was consistently hot. Grind your own coffee 24/7 was the best. Continental breakfast was not bad and free. Location is close (within 15 minutes) of most attractions. This hotel is a winner!”

”The interior of our room was very clean. The automated entry system worked fine. The sound-proofing of the room was quite good, given that the hotel is on a pretty busy stretch of road. There was a fridge, but no sign of an ice machine anywhere. A microwave would have been nice since we brought back leftovers to have for breakfast. ”There aren’t a lot of hotel options so I found myself here, and the value of what I paid was pretty lacking. This hotel was fairly subpar for a BW Plus. What matter is the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is walkable to Uptown Kingston. I didn’t like that my one window was interior facing to this weird natatorium courtyard, where the pool and gym were. It smelled like chlorine. The gym had a set of dumbbells but every weight category was missing except for 35, 40, 45, 50 lbs. The...
