”Was the 3rd time I've stayed there but hotel room is showing wear and tear. Door did not feel secure when closed. Desk chair was disgusting so I couldn't work at desk. Breakfast was lame and even cookies were just Walmart bought. They could do better.”

”First there is no elevator. They should make that clear when you book. Second the room they gave us smelled so bad like mold that I didn’t even want to stay but they wouldn’t refund my money. Third there was mold in the fridge, the pool was so cold my kids wouldn’t swim and we had to go down 5 times because our room keys didn’t work. I will never stay at another Wydham ever again. ”

I lost my temper, swore and walked about ten yards away, at which point I was told that the place employed security and I could be removed from the property. I was not threatening, and there was no recognition on the part of the staff that the hotel’s stance was unreasonable. ”We were on the backside with no view when it seemed by the parking lot they had additional lake view rooms available. The room was clean enough but it was dated and you could hear other guests easily. The bed was very lumpy and the pillows were awful, even with 5 of them. It was very basic. The breakfast was not bad at all. It had lots of options and was probably the best part of the stay. ”
