”This place was nice. I had a suite that looked newly renovated and the check in process was seamless. We definitely stay again.”

”Julie was fantastic as she tried to help make our stay better. The hotel was very hot. We moved to 4 different rooms as the AC didn’t work. Even in the lobby it was really hot for the staff and people eating breakfast. The hotel wasn’t great but Julie was great.”

”My shower was clogged they didn’t come until 3 hours later still didn’t fix the issue just pooled some liquid down the drain and said it should be resolved but it didn’t called back and they never came back up! Luckily it was about 12 family together and my family and I were able to shower in a different room! The hot tub was disgusting!”

”I was in Lancaster for work, and stayed in Holiday Inn Express for the first night. Staff was extremely helpful and even took my suitcase for a few nights to store while I was visiting family in AL. Will return for sure. Strongly recommend.”

”Some of the staff are very rude especially front desk Jasmine some rooms have bugs and they allow pets that are not leashed which I was frightened of when on my way to work. They do try to accommodate to switch rooms if your unhappy parking is ok but my kid car had got hit from the back while parked. Housekeeper Carmen is very nice property manager is nice.”

”The pool amenities were poorly maintained old torn umbrellas faded pool was not cleaned vacuumed. The room was adequate except toilet had issues filling up to flush properly. Brought attention to staff was told work order was submitted 2 days before we arrived. They did suggest that we could change room we declined since we were leaving early in am”

”Brandy at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. That's very appreciated after a long day of traveling. Our room was very clean and spacious. It was actually the best room we've ever gotten in this price range.”

”The property was clean, staff was ok. The only problem was I chose Homewood Suites for the pool amenities. When I got there the pool was shut down from health inspection. I wish they would have disclosed that to us. The sent us down to the other properties pool. That pool was disgusting. I won’t be staying there again.”

”Site said double bed and showed pictures of 2 beds, but the room only had 1 bed. First room we got to had a leak as well. They moved us to a new room that smelled very moldy.”

”Not happy with the stay. Will not be going back. Remote for TV didn’t work. Some of the lights didn’t work. Only two old and lumpy pillows. Had pushed the button to keep the fan on but it kept turning off. We were checked in while standing outside in the heat through a window. No iron in the room, bent wire hangers. Gave me a key with no key chain, lock was difficult and door was swollen, hard to close or open.”

”Place is my go to from now on love it all in general”
