~ Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not allowed
~ No pets are allowed at this property
~ No smoking or vaping inside the home or in the garage
~ Smoking is allowed outside, but cigarettes must not be put out on the concrete, any structures, or furniture. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly, or an additional cleaning fee may be applied
~ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors
~ Please do not move furniture
~ Garage parking available for up to 2 vehicles, driveway allows 2 additional vehicles, and overflow parking is available on the street (great for boats or trailers)
~ We provide full professional cleaning between each stay, and we kindly ask guests to help with a few quick checkout steps:
* Load and start the dishwasher
* Strip used beds and place sheets in the washing machine (please do not wash towels with sheets)
* Place used towels in baskets or beside the washer
* Remove any leftover food or trash and place in the outdoor bin
* Turn off lights and lock all doors on your way out
~ Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear
