”I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean, staff was very nice- there is a lot in walking distance including a Denny's that's open till midnight and a movie theater and Applebee's across the street. 25 min drive to Cooperstown where we visited a winery and brewery. Location is great. ”

”It was our last day in New York so I wanted to make it special. I found it and was so excited to stay at a historical bed and breakfast. The overall experience was amazing. I loved everything about this old house. Of course I took plenty of photos. My husband and I were very pleased with the customer service and the beautiful house. Our breakfast was delicious. I was sad to leave but will definitely be staying next time we're in town. ”

”Bathrooms are up to date, and the hot water comes quickly! We enjoyed learning the Inn was originally a railroad depot. Located on a pretty quiet street, with excellent blackout curtains. We had a lovely stay.”

”The cottage we stayed in was adorable with our own little porch. John was so welcoming. The food for breakfast looked amazing even though we didn’t have the chance to eat. They offer thoughtful touches like a s’mores set up for you if you want to sit by the fire pit and fresh cookies to take during the day. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you are in Cooperstown. ”

”Everything about the Meadowlark deserves a top tier rating! From the moment you walk into the lobby, Austin makes you feel at home. The inn is so clean and well-decorated. The rooms are lovely and you can’t beat the property. Not only is it beautiful, it is set up to spend time outside in nice weather. And as all the other reviews have started, breakfast was just wonderful. We stayed while visiting Cooperstown for the first time and just fell in love with everything. We can’t wait to come back...

”Ed runs a great B&B. The staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast was superb. I enjoyed talking baseball with other guests over coffee in the morning and with Ed at night. I will definitely return. ”
