Nestled at the crossroads between Sarlat, Gourdon, and Rocamadour, it offers a peaceful retreat on the border of the Lot and Dordogne regions. Here, tranquility reigns: only the village bells and the crowing of the rooster set the rhythm of your days. You can enjoy a beautiful shared pool (open from June to September), a future pétanque court, and even try your hand at archery with the enthusiastic owner. The cottage is attached to the owners’ guesthouse (2 bedrooms), allowing you to enjoy breakfast upon request for an additional fee. Nearby, the “Écoute s’il pleut” recreation center will delight young and old alike with its inflatable games, swimming areas, fishing, and paddleboarding. An ideal spot for a getaway in the countryside, away from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by nature and authenticity. The single-story vacation rental has a separate entrance: a 23 m² living area with a kitchenette and dining area, 1 bedroom (1 160-size bed, 1 90-size rollaway bed) with access to the outdoors through a French door, and a bathroom with a toilet. Reversible air conditioning in the bedroom and electric heating in the other rooms. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi. The unit features a 15 m² terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue. Shared grounds covering 1 hectare with lounge chairs, a shared swimming pool (9.6 x 4.5, flat-bottomed, 1.50 m deep) shared with the owners and the two guest rooms, secured by a fence and an alarm, sun loungers, and a clothesline.
