”I couldn’t recommend this B&B enough if you want a peaceful, very comfortable accommodation. The B&B was gorgeous, the bedroom & en-suite were wonderful and the hand made breakfast made by the host Juliette was so delicious. The location is such that you need a car but I think if you are travelling around the beautiful island of Vancouver you would have one anyway.”

”Our most important take aways…overall the food from the hotel was not very good (ordered 4 times as traveling with our dog, and there is no such thing as dog friendly dining at this time of the year) beautiful setting, beautiful view from room, room was average clean, fridge in room had no shelves and no freezer (regardless of what they tell you when you call to confirm prior to booking) very noisy guest in suite above (hotel does not seem to be sound proofed) could hear their tub running...

”Would have liked to say it was a great stay. The room was nice, lots of room for a family. Couple things though. The couch was not a couch that you could sit and comfortably watch tv, or enjoy a conversation on. Second when a hotel says it has air conditioning, it needs to actually offer air conditioning. We arrived to find that air conditioners are only available on a seasonal basis. If i had known that i would not have stayed there, as i have a medical condition that makes me heat intolerant....

”Room was very clean. I had a crib requested for my son, it was ready in the room upon arrival and an actual rolling crib, not just a pack and play. My shuttle driver was very helpful with my luggage taking me to the airport. The hotel's location is also very close to shops, restaraunts and the harbour. I will definitely stay again if I have an early flight. ”

”Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I loved that the lobby offered coffee, juices, fruit-infused water, and treats throughout the day. The room was spotless and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and friendly, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and had plenty of variety. A great stay overall. ”

”You should provide free parking for guests. The supposed free outdoor parking was a crummy gravel lot that was far away. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen for cooking, we had to ask for dishes. They said they didn't provide toasters until I told them it was in the Expedia listing, then they did find one. Nice hotel but basic customer service.”

”I only booked for a 2 night stay. We had a huge suite with full kitchen and living room; on the 4th floor overlooking the front of the hotel. A huge private covered patio, 1.5 bathroom, king bed and lots of closet space. Shower pressure was excellent and soaker tub available too. Everything was very clean! Free parking at a gravel field about a 7 min walk from the resort.”
