”Overall a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Loved the fitness area. The only issue was the pool. It is pretty small and a huge wade of hair floating in it. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. ”

”Kevin is the worst human to exist. This hotel gave us an infestation in our house and Kevin tried to steal my laptop/belongings. I'll post the full story on a different review site as I have limited characters, which will not be enough to recount the horrors of what we endured there. ”

”This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. ”

”Nice small hotel. Staff was friendly. Hotel is older but clean and decor and amenities have been updated. I do plan on staying there again. ”

”Staff was very courteous. The town was very nice and all the stores and food places weren't far. Everything was pretty convenient. But i will say if you for an average price just expect it to be average. Other than that my stay there was nice.”

”No hair dryers in the room. Having am extra waffle iron would help. No staff came to the desk when we were checking out, rang the buzzer and no one came to the desk. The fridge in the room was dirty.”

”We tried contacting management more than 5 times , first about a possible later checkout time and never received a call a text or email , so very poor communication . It snowed , no one put salt as there was ice , the porch light to unit didn't work dark and dangerous ,we are a older couple trying to get in the tub and drain didn't hold water , gathering room had no heat , can't watch tv from couch only from bed .
