”The toilet bowl was not cleaned when we arrived. It still has poop dirt on the side. The toilet rug sa not changed and there were used tissue papers on the tissue holder. They changed our room to a smaller one with no cabinet for our clothes just hanging rack to hang our clothes. Since we arrived late at night, I didn’t say anything anymore. However, the next day when I was fixing our bed, I saw dried stains on the comforter. I said something to them again. They cleaned our bed after.”

”Beds very uncomfortable pillows very firm uncomfortable for side sleepers. Shower turn on off didn't work properly, sink water on off kept running Shower wand kept falling off holder . We were put all the way in the back corner highway noise. Low capacity should have been put towards front of hotel. Sorry but never again.”

”The room was very clean. The linens were crisp white clean and plenty of pillows. The pillows were a bit puffy so I used my own... That's just preference. The room had a good size fridge, microwave and the coffee maker was one of those little once that look like a kuerig but you put in a small packet of coffee. I didn't use it. ”We were able to check in early, however we had no pillows in our room & no remote for the tv. Kiddie pool was not operational. Staff was helpful.”

”Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. Property was clean. Pool was clean. The only real issue we had was not being able to watch anything on tv. Tried to hook up a fire stick to watch movies and they have it blocked. Staff was extremely helpful in trying to assist with the problem but found out it basically wasn't equipped for that. I wish we could have been able to connect our Netflix.”

”The best part was the pool. I would only stay here as a last resort.. I want to eat breakfast there were no eggs and no sausage and the staff was in the kitchen talking to each other and talking on the phone. Not a good look.”
