”Charming motel and nice grounds. Room very basic but clean and comfortable. Staff were great. Food truck had very tasty options. It was nice to grab our supper from the truck along with a couple beers from the bar and hang out on the deck. We will stay here again when back in the area.”

”Stayed four nights and did not get one good nights sleep. They control (override) the room temperature at night and would wake up hot at 1-2 every morning. I’m sure they save energy but it is not good for getting me to be a repeat customer.”

”This is a cute little chalet. It slept the four of us just fine. Just a couple of issues, baby mothes throughout, back burner is burnt out on stove, light bulb was burned out upstairs, and overall the decor feels dated except for the new sofa. Also, outdoor chairs were dirty and filled with spider webs.”

”Great location! Short walk to the shops on Main Street and dining. Just a few miles to some great hikes. The staff was incredibly professional and helpful. The room was perfect and clean. Well priced! Will book again next time we are in town.”

”The cabin was very clean. The sink didn’t drain well but water pressure was good. The staff was chatty and all was well until the gentleman shared political opinions. Probably would stay there again for convenience and ability to house many.”

Once office was found the woman at the desk was very helpful. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.”

”We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We have never been to a hotel with a breakfast buffet. That was any better than this one. The room was kept clean and need all during the breakfast time. We had plenty of pillows on the bed. The room decor was great with the beautiful mountain scenery at the bed headboard.”

”This hotel is nice and in a beautiful location. It is close to Main Street Blowing Rock with its many shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed for renovations which we did not know when we booked. That was a disappointment. If you like to travel with your dog, this is the place for you.”
