Instead of “hello welcome to xyz…” she said “ What do you need? Do need something?” I said “I need to check in a room.” She stared and said “well you...

”We booked a two queen bed room for the night of October 25th. When we arrived they put us in a king room and when we informed them that we needed two queen beds they told us that they were overbooked and the best they could do was give us a cot. We put our stuff in our room and left for a birthday party that we flew in for. When we came back later that night, we couldn't get into our room and when we talked to the front desk (which the lady was outside smoking with other patrons so we had to...

”Hotel was a mess in photos of what looks like is false. Pool closed, elevator closed, no breakfast area. Room looked like furniture was off side of road with rips, shower was dirty and mold growing. Couldn’t find a new hotel fast enough to get out of there. Now fighting to get my money back.Wouldn’t stay here!”

”The staff were great very helpful my room key stopped working and they were very quick to fix it. I also called the front desk a couple times with some questions and they always helped me. The breakfast was always great and i could control the rooms temperature with ease. My only complaint was that my bathroom ceiling had mold on it in hindsight I probably should've asked them to move me but since I was rarely in the room( I was just using it to sleep) and I had already unpacked and put...

”Checked into hotel paid, got key/room, Then was told no running water, no showers, toilets, etc. available. Said problem would be fixed, but might be hours. I asked where there was a location to go to use a restroom..said up to us to find a place! Confused I spoke with some guests there and was informed water had been off whole day prior and during the night and still off when we checked in. Returned to desk for refund, was asked for what reason !! SERIOUSLY checking us in before telling us no...
