We tucked this boho-style cabin away in Millbrook so your family can stop managing the trip and start enjoying it. You'll have 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and room for 6, with Prattville and Montgomery still within easy reach.

The cabin is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The cottage and cabin share a driveway, separate from the main house and divided from it by a white picket fence. The cabin sits at the far back right of the property. Park in the large parking area out front or pull under the carport on the right. There is no step at the entry — the front door is level, with an electronic smart lock.

You'll step through a level front door with no step at the entry and into a bright, open living room with a large Smart TV, where shoes come off and the day finally lets go of you. Mealtimes happen around the dining area, and the whole place is made for families and for travelers bringing their dogs.

• Loft bedroom: King bed, a dedicated workspace and your own private balcony
• Bedroom 2: one of the cabin's remaining beds, with a Smart TV for easy downtime
• Bedroom 3: the third bed, also with its own Smart TV

Two things we'd like you to know up front: the loft is reached by a very narrow spiral staircase, and the bedrooms have an open-wall design, so they offer less sound privacy than traditional enclosed rooms.

KITCHEN & DINING
Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for cooking during your stay. You'll find a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, plus cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a coffee maker and coffee to start the morning. Bring the groceries, set the table in the dining area, and enjoy meals and time together. A washer and dryer make longer stays easy.

OUTDOORS
The huge yard is the heart of the place. Dogs can run, kids can play, and the grown-ups can settle onto the outdoor furniture or the sun loungers. Fire up the BBQ grill for dinner outside, or take your coffee to the loft's private balcony. In season, the shared pool is open May 1 through September. It isn't heated, and you'll share it with guests staying in the main house and the cottage. The cabin itself is yours alone, and we're always a message away if you need anything.

Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Millbrook.

A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the cabin for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

THE CABIN
The cabin is one of three homes on this property. The cabin is yours; the pool is shared with guests in the main house and the cottage. The loft is reached by a very narrow spiral staircase, which can be slick in socks. The bedrooms have an open-wall design, so they offer less sound privacy than traditional enclosed bedrooms. The property is nearly 200 years old; indoor temperatures may be less even during extreme weather, and the outdoor walkways can be uneven or slick.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 6 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• Pets welcome: up to 2 (dogs 60 lb or under; some breeds are restricted for insurance). $50 pet fee per stay covers all pets. Please add pets to your reservation.
• Fireplaces are not for use
• No visitors at the pool beyond the guests on your reservation
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the front door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

POOL SAFETY (please read before anyone gets in)
The pool is seasonal: open May 1 through September and closed October through April. It is not heated.
• A parent or responsible adult must supervise children at the pool at all times. An older child is not a substitute for a parent. Drowning happens quickly and quietly; if a child goes missing, check the pool first
• No lifeguard is on duty. Guests swim at their own risk and assume all liability for pool use
• Keep the self-closing, self-latching gate closed and latched. Never prop it open
• The ring buoy and rescue hook are emergency equipment, not toys. Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse
• The pool is 4 feet deep throughout. No diving
• Keep children away from drains, pipes and other openings. No pets in the pool and no glass near the pool
• Pool rules are also posted on the fence and in your house manual. Know the property address in case you need emergency services

PARKING & GETTING IN
The cottage and cabin share a driveway, separate from the main house. Follow the tree-lined path; the cabin is at the far back right. Park out front or under the carport on the right. There is no step at the entry; the front door is level, with a smart lock.

PETS
Please leash pets and clean up after them outdoors, out of courtesy to guests in the other homes. Crate pets when left alone, keep them off beds and furniture, and keep them out of the pool. Service animals are always welcome, with no fee.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed on the exterior only. They record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only. It does not record audio or video.
