”I’ve stayed in a a lot of hotels but this is the very first time I’ve been given not one but two partially cleaned rooms. 11pm check-in. First room had one stripped bed and one made bed, and ironing board and iron sitting out, and dirty towels on bathroom floor and dirty bathroom. Went down to desk and then gave keys to a 2nd room. 2nd room had two made up beds but pillows without cases, garbage on nightstand, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. ”Didn’t seem to be the most clean place around. There’s a super stained chair, the bathroom looked like an old closet that was made poorly into a bathroom and the toilet leaks, the curtains were all ripped, AC struggled to keep up, pool area seemed unsafe with a bad smell, the jets in the hot tub barely worked, doors are incredibly thin as are the walls, parking lot is very uneven and a bit sketchy to drive on, TVs are tiny and not super updated, and no housekeeping until the third night? Seems...

”The room was clean. The kids loved the pool. Also had a couple claw machines in the pool area which was cool. Breakfast was also good. Definitely will be staying again when we visit duluth.”

”I stayed at this property while participating in Grandma's marathon. It is a short distance from the Miller Hill Mall shuttle pickup for the race which was very convenient. They also provided a targeted early breakfast on race day for the runners to enjoy which was HIGHLY appreciated. I will be considering staying here again for next year's race.”

”There was someone else's dirty socks left on the floor of our room and an open condom wrapper in the shower. I was charged at the Hotel despite paying ahead of time and had to insist on a refund to get my momey back.”

”Our stay was perfect for what we needed! The check in and out process was simple and fast! The Breakfast was handy! The Staff was great! The pool option was great (hope to utilize next time). I will add that the architecture and layout of the rooms was a bit out of the ordinary. It's a bit hard to explain, but I defiantly got lost at first. However, that would not deter me staying again!”
