”Carla the housekeeper kept a clean room, the front staff was friendly and helpful, the valet leaves something to be desired. They retrieved my car and parked it across the street and said you can cross the street to go get it...we had a cart full of bags so I said you are valet please bring it to this side of the street. Then when he gave me the car, he failed to give me my key fob. Luckily I realized it as we pulled away and we got our key fob. They need to train their valet employees.”

”The shower was filthy so was the floor!!!!! They gave no blankets only 2 sheets, the AC made funky noises all night!! And they haven’t given back the $100 accidental fee yet!!”

”The place was filthy dirty. I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. Teenagers ran the hallways and slammed doors all night. There's a broken down van in the front parking lot with people living in it. Honestly, it looked like a meth van. The hallways reeked of Marijuana.”

”Would not give me a refund or change my dates to accommodate for delayed flight. I was charged for a day I was not even in the city. Expedia told me they can’t change it has to be the hotel, the hotel told me they can’t change it, it had to be Expedia. Overall terrible experience with both the hotel and Expedia.”

”The restored Wilbur Mansion was spectacular. The rooms were huge, the location was convenient, the amenities were perfect, the old architecture elements and history were fascinating, and the staff made us feel right at home. The dinner at the restaurant was one of the best we've ever had.”

”The outside and inside was very clean as the rooms also. What I didn’t like was that I drove 3 hours from Maryland to get there. I enter and asked where is the bathroom and was told; We don’t have common bathroom. I asked the gentleman; So where do all the employees here defecate and urinate ? He then let me urinate in a bedroom that was being cleaned and I thanked him. It’s the first hotel or company that doesn’t have common bathrooms for visitors that might of traveled hours to get there out...
