”How this property is rated 3 stars is beyond me. There was blood on the wall in our bathroom and on the comforter on one of the beds. The sheets had stains on them and the room had an odd odor. We were able to get extra towels and a pillow. We asked for the room to be serviced one of the 3 nights we were there and even though the Wyndham sticker on the mirror says they will change the linens and provide fresh towels, they re-made the bed with the stained sheets that were already on the bed...

”We tried to take a shower before 9am and there was no hot water. Coffee was very poor quality. They did not know, what customer service means at this property (particularly the receptionists that we dealt with). We would not go back to this place. ”

”The room was clean but I can smell the carpet (or the floor). It smelled like hikers’ feet… I think it is time for them to shampoo the carpet. Otherwise, the room is decent in size. Parking was ample. The lady at the front desk was courteous but when I expressed to her that I would like to extend my stay for one more night, she simply said “oh, we’re completely sold out”. Unfortunately our room 304 had the hotel ventilation machinery directly above, and there is an occasional very loud metallic resonance noise. Woke us up several times on the first night, but luckily not on the remaining two nights we stayed therre. ”
