”So bad, there wasn't even soap in the rooms. Guest towels were andingy grey. Several other guest rooms had groups of men who kept their doors opened and seemed to be living there. We had a smoking room, where they only partially made our bed and didn't bother to empty our ashtray. Almost about as bad as it gets for a hotel room.”

”The room looked like the picture but when we arrived there were long brunette hairs on the sheets. The room didn’t feel clean and there were no water fountains or amenities.”

”I was very disappointed this time, we always stay here, I booked a couple months ahead I always book a king room on first floor , when we got there , the only king left was on second floor . I have a bad knee injury , and couldn’t do the steps. So we had to take a queen room ,even though I booked months ahead. Plus person working, argued that it didn’t matter how long ago I booked , plus never informed me of breakfast times or check out times.”

”At check in I was charged $50 for a security deposit then the owner asked me for my credit card again and charged me again. I brought up my credit card app and showed him he charged me 2 times. He argued with me and said it would take care of itself. When we checked out the next day he credited one of the $50 but the other one remained on my account. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company, they saw I was charged 1 time and credited 1 time so they closed the case. I called the hotel...
