”Breakfast was good with several hot options, hard to keep everything stocked, but staff tried. It is not the cheapest hotel, so I was surprised to pay $21 a night for onsite parking. Room was spacious and good water pressure in the shower. Wish AC was stronger, it never got below 72 even though we had it on high the entire time.”

”This hotel was great. While it is under construction, and you can see work progressing in parts of the hotel, our room, as well as the lobby and amenities we used were clean and well taken care of. The policies at this hotel are great. They actually seem to care that their guests are taken care of. For instance, there laundry machines were complimentary, and you didn't have to pay $5 to wash a load of clothes. Such an amazing concept! Checkout was 12, instead of 10, like at many other...

”Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

”Check in took a very long time, and the staff member gave the impression something was wrong with the reservation and left the room. The room was not very clean and was not in good repair. This was not a safe area with many questionable people hanging around after dark. There was lots of noise in the room above us every night between 9 pm and 2 am. At first we thought it was furniture moving, but then decided it was dogs playing with toys and barking.”

”This hotel was the most run down ghetto hotel. The bedding on the bed contained so many cigarette burn stains. The rooms were missing tvs and refrigerators. They pictures what they show and what you actually walk into is deceiving. Definitely false advertisement.Do not recommend I do not recommend I do not recommend. The amount they were charging for this room per night.It should have been -0.00 her night and I still will not stay there.If it was free, do not recommend.”
