”I tried to check in, but the Indian man behind the counter was incredibly rude. When I walked up to the counter, he was on his phone ( with the volume full blast, watching videos like a child), and when he saw me, he said, "yeah?". It got worse from there, and he tried even denying me my room due to the fact that I used a nickname on Expedia. I've never had this issue before. He was so nasty to me the entire time, I had to call corporate and demand a refund, and a new hotel. Corporate helped me,...

”One of the reasons I was willing to pay this rate was because of the free breakfast. Cold cereal and apples is not a breakfast. I was forced to go out for breakfast at a cost of $14.56. I feel that the hotel should pay me back for this expense. I feel cheated!”

”We stayed a week there and we didn’t have no problems with homeless or junkies like it was said in the other reviews but you do get what you paid for. Floor was dirty, I had to ask the housekeeper for a broom and Mop to pick up the dust and hairs that were on the floor, there were holes on the walls and toilet was so disgusting we didn’t use it! Location is ok not far from downtown like a 5 min drive or less.”

”This property is quite run down, but I could tell the flooring was new in my room and there were roofers doing a replacement while I was there, so I know the owners are putting money into improving the situation. This motel has something others in the area don't - it's not sitting right next to I40, which means you can actually get to sleep because you aren't hearing road noise.
