Absolutely Perfect
My husband, myself, and 5 kids stayed in this cabin for a weekend in the mountains. The cabin was beautiful and clean and the host even provided hotel-style amenities like little shampoo and conditioner bottles. Since my kids forgot to pack their toiletries, we thought that was a particularly nice touch. The cabin is also stocked with towels, life jackets for the kayaks, and everything you could want to cook with. The host obviously cares deeply about providing a top notch experience for their guests. The local mountains offered lots of beautiful places to explore and we wished we could have stayed much longer. We also forgot an iPad when we checked out and the host was very responsive, found the iPad, and shipped it to us promptly and well packaged. I really can’t say enough good things about them.

Bachelor weekend
The property is as stated and the pictures do not lie. This is a beautiful house. It was perfect for a Bachelor weekend. It was far enough away from the city to chill with the guys/hiking/fishing, and close enough to the city nightlife. House was clean and comfortable. We wish we could have checked in earlier and that is the only downside.

Great serene location
Beautiful location right on the lake. Close to both Asheville and Dupont Park. Cabin is very cozy and beds very comfortable. Views from the back porch are wonderful.

Relaxing and beautiful
Beautiful log home on a cute little lake. We loved our stay here. The older boys loved the kayaks! The rooms were wonderful and clean. The bedroom to the right upstairs is not very comfy and some of the linens you can see where not washed. The house was clean for the most part though. Beautiful view on the back porch of the lake:) We would stay here again if we were in the area and do recommend it. Thank you!

After Christmas Getaway
Cabin and property was just as described and very clean upon check in. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eating. The lake was nice and great for enjoying the outdoors, especially when we sat out around the fire pit. It's nice and quiet around there. Grocery store, restaurants, and other places were close by. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful setting
The house and setting is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for to spend a few days with my family. The house appears clean when you first walk in however there were dirty dishes in the cabinets and dirt on the floor. There was an odor in one of the bedrooms. Empty ice machine and the machine doesn't work. Trash under the beds and some left items laying around such as a necklace and hair ties. Doesn't seem that housekeeping does a great job other than linens. Owners need to be aware of these things. 2 trash bags all that is supplied in the kitchen, so bring your own.

Accurate description. Wonderful property.
The home is modern with a lot of cooking supplies included. My group loved using all the amenties:
Kayaks on the pond (Great both day and nighttime)
Firepit
Ping Pong table
Upper deck to enjoy the view
Kitchen for cooking, etc
All three bedrooms are cozy and the additional sleeping beds in the living room were said to be excellent.
The only issue was the pullout sofa sheets were dirty (not washed from previous party)
Bring your own firepit wood and supplies and don't expect to go swimming in the pond (very murky).
Lots of privacy and land with great views of the pond.

Fun and convenient
It was great! Full of fun, great location, mostly clean. Our only complaints: the shower floors were dirty, and the oven was dirty and smoke filled the room whenever we used it. There is foil stuck to the bottom and smoked on pre-heat. Otherwise it was great!

Awesome place!
We had an awesome time at this property! Very comfortable met the needs of the 6 adults on the trip. The views are great, especially if you kayak to the middle of the pond and look back towards the house!
If we could have a complaint, it would be that the downstairs toilet gave a few issues, not wanting to flush properly. Other that, we give this property an absolute 10 out of 10!

Quaint Cabin/Cottage
My family stayed on this trip 6 adults all over the age of 50. The cabin is darling and a pretty view of the lake. We didn't see "neighbors" the whole time we were there. 3 Bedrooms with full bathrooms made it nice for the 3 couples. The only negatives were cobwebs around the top shelves in the kitchen and so much dirt and dust under the beds it sent a couple of the guests into full blown allergy attacks. It was clean on the surface but lots of dust. Over all it was a nice place, just would probably bring a few cleaning supplies the next stay.

Fun getaway for the whole Family!
Our family had a wonderful time! Beautiful cabin, spacious throughout. Our children enjoyed all the activities, especially fishing and kayaking in the lake. Amazing back deck view. We would definitely recommend and book this location again in future. We’ve had plenty of friends ask for details on this rental, after sharing pictures on our social media.

Wonderful cabin
The cabin was spotless and spacious for our friends weekend. The lake view was wonderful and the location was a short drive to Asheville.

Wonderful Mountain Cabin
We had a great time over the Thanksgiving holiday at this cabin getaway. The house was very clean, and we had no problems using the code to enter the house. The views from the deck were great. We were very happy with all that the cabin had to offer - fishing from the dock, kayaking, and using the fire pit. Although it felt like we are out in the woods far away from everything, the main road was very close with easy access to anything that you might need. We drove a short distance to hike and view a beautiful waterfall. We would highly recommend this property!

Very nice and comfortable
We really enjoyed the home and the view. We lost power on the first night, and at 11:30pm I was able to get someone to respond and they did everything they could to help us out. Ultimately, it was a power outage in the area and out of their control. That said, helping and responding in the middle of the night is absolutely going the extra mile. We would definitely stay again.

Mountain Trip
Very nice home with excellent amminities. The location was wonderful for biking, hiking, riding the Blue Ridge Parkway, and visiting brewerys from Asheville to Brevard. Will definitely stay here the next time we do a trip to the mountains.

Family staycation
Overall, the house was okay. The beds were comfortable and the bar area is a nice feature. However, the inside was a lot smaller inside than it appeared in photos. The outside wasn't well kept. There was animal feces every other step and had to be careful not to step in it. The lake looked contaminated so we didn't bother to use the kayaks. The property manager sent repeated texts of noise disturbance when no one was making noise and then would apologize stating they wanted to make sure we were okay. At one point I thought it was an automatic text because it kept coming to my phone. It made me and family feel very uncomfortable. One time it came through we were sitting quietly playing an uno card game.

I can't say enough about how spectacular our stay was! The property itself is beautiful, clean, updated and well stocked with supplies (it even had a waffle maker) We ventured out to Asheville and Hendersonville for a day trip and came back to the cabin to enjoy some fishing and a fire pit. I loved everything about our stay! Thank you!!!!
