”My family and I rented this property for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house and yard were wonderful. My dogs loved playing ball in the yard and the home was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Conveniently located to Sea Isle, Avalon and Stone Harbor there was plenty of fun things to do without having to go very far. The property owners were fabulous and so quick and responsive. Would definitely recommend a stay here.”

”Stay was great, weather turned out better than forecast. There are a lot of steps which was fine for my family, we anted to be the top floor, but would consider renting the first floor next year for my parents and ease of loading and unloading. Overall great house and location. The twin bunk room had some of the best mattresses in any rental I’ve used.”

”My family had a wonderful 5th annual OCNJ beach vacation here! The property had enough space for our 6 adulrs and 5 children and although not as close to the beach and boardwalk as we normally stay, the included VIP parking pass made that a non issue. There was a parking concern upon arrival that was responded to immediately and resolved timely. Jody is an extremely responsive host who made sure we were taken care of. Recommend!”

”Everything about this property was fantastic! The accommodations were exceedingly comfortable. Anything you could possibly need was there. The view was spectacular. Everything down to the tiniest detail was well thought out and designed from having music playing throughout the home to providing glitzy costumes for the disco to having binoculars available for viewing eagles!”

”This house is cozy and just what our family wanted. The host was outstanding: very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The location is a quiet street and, most wonderful, the house is actually right on the water, so that at high tide the water is literally under the house and it feels like being on a houseboat. At low tide there's a beach right outside the back door. The location was one of the best things about this place for us; others we've had, on the Atlantic coast, don't, of course, come...
