This wheelchair-accessible holiday apartment for up to 5 people is idyllically situated in the middle of the forest and just 500 metres from Lake Lübbe on a fully fenced residential and commercial property of approx. 2,800 m² at the rear of the owner's house. There is a bus stop directly in front of the property with connections to Templin, among other places, and the popular Lübbesee circular route runs here. The owner runs a drinks and catering service with a beer garden, which can be used by guests.



The approx. 80 square metre non-smoking apartment with a separate entrance and a ramp is centrally heated and has insect screens on the windows. It is equipped with a large living room (sofa bed - extra bed for 2 people, flat screen TV, radio, telephone, height-adjustable table), a bedroom (double bed with radio, TV, guest bed), a large kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances, radio), a spacious bathroom (floor-level shower, WC, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer) and a hallway. There are also car parking spaces, bicycle storage facilities, barbecue, sunbathing areas on the large lawn and free W-LAN. Various bicycles (including e-bikes) can also be hired for a fee.



The total price includes final cleaning, electricity and water costs, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Bicycles (if required). 1 pet of normal size (up to approx. 50 cm) is allowed in this property. Additional or other animals require the owner's consent prior to booking.

The small villages of Ahrensdorf, Petersdorfer Siedlung and Petersdorf are located in the immediate vicinity of the approx. 12 km long Lübbesee, in the middle of a charming area of the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve, which is rich in forests and lakes. The Lübbesee may not be navigated with combustion engines and is therefore a popular body of water for swimming, canoeing and fishing. The entire region is a refuge for cyclists, water hikers and nature lovers, there are several newly created cycle paths, the popular, approx. 25 km long Lübbesee circular route leads through extensive forest areas once completely around the lake, smaller catering establishments and shopping facilities are located directly in the villages or in nearby Milmersdorf. In addition, the thermal brine spa of Templin, the tourist centre of the Uckermark, is approx. 8 km away and offers further restaurants, cafés, shopping facilities, outdoor swimming pools, a beautiful natural thermal spa, boat hire and passenger boat trips. Approx. 4 km outside the town, the western town of Silverlake City awaits with various leisure attractions.
