”Though it's not the Hilton it is a very clean and practical motel. Drive right up to your room. Makes for easy unloading of your luggage. No long walks from the parking lot down a corridor to your room. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Great place to stay if you're going to the Knoxville Speedway. Just a short 30 minute drive. Refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, soap and shampoo. I highly recommend and we'll stay there again.”

”Requested in room coffee so didn’t have to go downstairs to other end of the hotel first thing to get a cup of coffee and the staff was very accommodating. They brought up a small coffee machine and two packets each of regular and decaf coffee. However, I didn’t notice that there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room until after I showered, so I had to go to the front desk since there are no in room phones and my text was not responded to. ”My room was handicap accessible, which was not something I asked for, and there was nowhere to put any toiletries in the shower, no shelves of any kind. There was also no soap provided, no hand soap or bath soap. There was also mildew along the edge of the shower, where water probably sat and never was mopped up.”

”I booked our room for 2 days and they said no it just 1 day and charged me 15.00 more than the booked price. And then charge me 10.00 .ore than the 1st night. Most dishonest hotel I've ever delt with. I'll never stay there again. BE AWARE”

”Real good shower. Pretty good breakfast. It was pretty comfortable. No ice maker working and no elevator to get to the second floor. Price was pretty good.”

”Quick trip to Des Moines for a fancy dinner and a trip to the zoo. Clean, modern room and a very helpful front desk. Spent more on dinner than the room. 14th Street is busy, and you may need to do turnaround off a side street, but you can get to just about anything you need from there without much travel.”

”My room was gross, old banana peel on the floor, appeared to be fieaces on the wall , soda all over front door back and front. Walls black from ventilation vents. All walls so dirty , furniture was like it belonged in a motel 6 . This is the worst embassy I have ever stayed at !!!! I travel alot and hope they can improve from this review . I will never stay here again , staff were nice but the property or rooms are gross!!! Even the breakfast was disgusting”
