ADORABLE COTTAGE ON A FARM

Get away from it all and stay in this beautifully remodeled cottage. This one bedroom cottage was recently remodeled with granite countertops in the kitchen, custom double shower head tiled shower and a giant soaking tub. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a rural setting on our farm. Want to vacation with your pup, bring him/her along, as the cottage has a completely fenced in back yard. Bring your pony and ride the trails at the infamous Coldwater Horse Trails @ Blackwater State Park or leave the horses behind and head to the beach, just 45 mins south. The Blackwater River provides great kayaking and fishing or just hang out and enjoy a nice fire under the stars. Ask about kayak rentals. Horse pasture rental not included in daily rental fee. your fridge stocked, just ask and we will do your grocery shopping for you. We are located in north Milton off of Forest Hills Ln and Hwy 89.

Love this property! It's the second time we stayed and we'd definitely stay again! Well equipped kitchen. Great bathroom with double headed shower and separate soaking to tub. Lovely fenced in yard with what great for our pup! Nice donkeys and horses on the property which were fun to watch in the morning in the covered porch with morning cup of coffee!

We stayed here for New Years because our dog does not like fireworks. This place was perfect. Far enough from noise, close enough to groceries and food, plus bonus animal neighbors that the dog loved. Planning on another stay in the future.

Beautiful cottage with adorable decor, a fantastic bathroom, and on a quiet farm. We woke up every morning and watched the horses as we played ball with our dog in the large fenced in area. Perfect for our high energy Aussie mix. Robyn was a great host! Very responsive and hospitable including a homemade welcome treat/Thanksgiving treat which was super delicious! Both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker which my husband really appreciated. Plenty of towels, blankets and we'll stocked kitchen amenities. Warm, wood burning stove in living room made for great ambiance as well as heat on a pretty cold night. Separate heat/cooling units in bedroom and living room made for a nice ability to control temperatures in two zones, which is not easily found in a one bedroom unit. :) We will definitely book this property again next time we're in town visiting family!

Amazing stay!

A friend and I stayed here for a few days for a wedding. The place was beautiful! We absolutely loved sitting on the back porch and watching the horses graze. The place was super clean and I was able to communicate with the host easily and she was super helpful. Entry was easy even though we made it in after dark. It’s very peaceful out there. We hope to stay there again when we come back in. 10/10 stay!

Pleasant stay at the Sugar Shack

My family evacuated Tampa Florida during Hurricane Milton so we came to this beautiful cottage. It definitely lives and exceeded expectations from listing. The super host, Miss Robyn is phenomenal.

Lovely secluded cottage

Alot of thought and love went into the design and planning of this adorable cottage. The owners though of everything and you can tell this place is well cared for. The location is far enough away from the busy beaches but close enough to make a quick drive over. The place was extremely clean and the hosts very responsive. We will be back again.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our first year of marriage. We canoed and went to the beach. The restaurants that were recommended were excellent. The host was lovely and we will certainly go back. Already planning a trip where I can bring my grandson to canoe, tube, and zip line:

Such a hidden gem.

We Absolutely loved staying here. I literally went wow when i opened the door. Beautiful interior. From the horses to cows to the quietness. We will be staying here often as a quick getaway. ABSOLUTELY loved this place
