It is always very clean and the staff is professional and friendly. The parking is the easiest and cheapest in the city! The hotel is a great value in a safe and convenient location. ”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

My only qualm was the location around the hotel was not as safe or the appearance of such.
