”Earlier reviews emphasized cleanliness of the property. It was not clean. Let's start with the positives. The bed was clean. We checked in without incident. The negatives. The house was not remotely clean. We owned an old house and were expecting radiator heat, etc. However, there was dog hair everywhere downstairs despite the fact no dogs are allowed. There were dustbunnies on the floor with dog hair. The rug and couch in the living room were covered in dog hair. The furniture is dirty like it...

”Absolutely loved my stay. If you’re an animal lover who is looking to check out of the daily grind, connect with nature, all while staying at the most unique and cozy place ever….then this. Is. It. The owner was so kind and gracious, the horses were amazing, the ponies outside the kitchen window were nothing like I’ve ever experienced. I will be coming back!!!!! Already looking at dates for the fall ”

”If I had to leave an honest review; I would say that it would have been a better experience if we would have slept better. We are a little on the plus size, and to sleep in a full size bed was a little too squishy for our comfort level. But that's just our preference. (That's my fault, I did not look at the bed sizes when I booked). Also, it's always nice to have a coffee pot so that people aren't waiting in line to have a cup of coffee; again, just a preference thing for people that are coffee...

”The property in on a beautiful piece of land and we saw deer each night. Beds were comfortable too. The place looked out of the 70’s and tired. Adequately equipped with towels, no soap at all even hand soap which we never thought of bringing other than our bath soap and shampoo. Bathroom sink had cigarette stains and it made it look dirty. Had a coffee pot but no filters so we would have had to buy some for 2 night stay. In comparison to a b&b we usually stay at that was full that weekend- it...

The home is spacious and clean and is located directly across from the main campground hall and office. It is between a 15-20 minute drive to Bucknell - on local roads. The house has the basics, including linens, which was a nice bonus for a short weekend stay. The owner/manager was communicative and helpful. ”
