The Space:

There are 3 bedrooms. 2 king bedrooms, the third bedroom has 2 sets of twin beds that stack on each other for you to arrange how you see fit. These can be left in one room or moved around the house as well. There are also 3 sofa sleepers that each have a 2” memory foam mattress topper and full bedding that pull out to a full size bed!



An open concept kitchen with a massive 8ft quartz island. The kitchen stocked with chef's knives, Calphalon pots and pans, an espresso machine as well as a Keurig machine. The dinning room counter height table can expand to 9ft. You can find two sets of washers and dryers on the main level for your convenience.



The Living room has two large L-couches that pull out in front of a 86"inch tv equipped with Roku guest mode for you to be able to login into all of your streaming platforms while using our free fiber internet WiFi.



Our attached garage offers guest 2 parking spaces along with a long driveway that can hold 4 vehicles if needed. This is extremely rare to down town Milwaukee.



Finally, enjoy the relaxing 8 person hot tub that is just steps away from the back door which can be enjoyed all year around. The large back yard and patio is a great way to enjoy the outdoors which is also a rare find to downtown Milwaukee. It is a great space for multiple backyard games and entertaining!



Guest Access:

Guest have access to all of the property besides the basement. This includes a 2 car attached garage with 4 parking space driveway on a dead end road. Unique to our property you will find a patio, hot tub and large backyard for outdoor activities!



The Neighborhood:

Brewers Hill/Halyard Park in Milwaukee is a historic neighborhood that is just north of Down Town Milwaukee. It is mainly residential with several coffee shops, bars, restaurants, breweries as well as Deer District are walking distance.



Getting Around:

Milwaukee is convenient city to explore on foot. We are conveniently located & within walking distance to many of our attractions & festivals. We're a short walk to Pfizer Forum or Brady street where you can enjoy one of you many local brews. Public transit, uber/lift, are easily accessible and convenient. In the summer months, explore Milwaukee on foot, electric scooter or Bubbler bikes. For the adventurous, rent a local kayak and explore the city via the river that cuts through down town.
