No visitors are allowed during the reservation. Visitors not included in the official reservation confirmation can place your stay at risk for early termination without refund and/or a charge of $50 per person/night.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a designated underground parking spot for a small vehicle. Access to an outdoor spot for a larger vehicle may be available on a first come first serve basis for $15/night.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. The onsite staff and leasing office are not equipped or authorized to assist you.

Our home is a non-smoking environment. Smoking of ANY kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, whether indoors, outdoors, or in the garage.

SMART TV
You can choose to log-in with your own internet-based entertainment services, like Netflix and Hulu if you wish! We do not offer TV channels other than what is on the Roku channel.

About the Building:
This is an older building. Though the unit has been renovated and nicely updated, the walls are on the thin side. We provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help with this, but also ask our guests to be conscientious of noise as well, especially after quiet hours.

Some of the pipes in the building are old. Water may not run clear when first turned on, but will run clear within seconds. There is a water filter in the fridge.

This building features radiant heat, which can result in some light ticking or knocking sounds when the heat is operating. We provide a white noise machine for those who might be sensitive to these sounds.

The air conditioning is a wall unit installed beneath the picture window in the living room.

NOTE: For stays over 28 nights, we require a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,000 security hold. This isn’t a traditional security deposit - it’s simply a pending authorization. As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50, with an additional $2 per day after the first 10 days for stays longer than 30 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
