Relax and have fun! This peaceful lake front vacation home is located on a beautifully landscaped and large lot that is ready for your next fun family getaway. Family-owned and managed, this 4 bedroom lake house has One (1) King Bed, One (1) Queen Bed and Four (4) Twin Beds to comfortably sleep up to 8. Fully furnished with towels, dishware and many other things to help limit what you have to bring with you.

In the warm weather months, a spacious (13) capacity Bennington model pontoon boat allows guests to enjoy their day on the lake and tour Pewaukee Lake. Guests can tour the Pewaukee Lake shoreline and observe some mostly incredible lake homes Wisconsin has to offer. Also, take a boat ride to the middle of the lake and watch sail boat races in the summer. Pewaukee Lakes Wilsons Island is a 2-minute boat ride away from the Lake Home and features a waist-level sandbar perfect for boaters that wish to park and lounge. Multiple 'dock and eat' restaurants adorn the lakeshore. The pontoon has the capabilty for guests to waterski and tube. An additional (2) person Jet Ski is available for guests as well. The pontoon and jetski comes as a package and are docked in a convenient hydraulic lift and rent at an additional charge. Guests are not allowed to dock their own boats and trailers at the Lake House because there isn't the pier space to do so.

This Lake Home boasts 50' of accessible Pewaukee Lake frontage with unbelievable lake views throughout the house. The main living area is connected to a beautiful walk-out deck with unencumbered beautiful views of the lake. The Lake House is located within a private cul-de-sac and boasts a spacious 1/2 acre well-manicured front yard.

The open concept main level features the kitchen with granite countertops, dining room, living room, half bathroom, one bedroom, laundry room and amazing walk out deck with large lake views.

The second levels features 3 bedrooms and a newly remodeled full master bathroom.

The lower level features a newly remodeled full bathroom with a changing area and rec room with walk out door leading out to the lake.

An RO Water faucet is installed at the kitchen sink so you always have clean fresh drinking water.

One Graco Pack 'n Play is available to use and has the infant insert.

6 night minimum stay is required.

The house is located minutes away from downtown Pewaukee Beach which features a beach, coffee shops, dining and shopping. You can take a kayak ride from the property and be at the beach in twenty minutes. The property is a 10 minute car ride away from premier shopping at Brookfield Square Mall (and the Shops of Delafield) and only 30 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. The home is 2100 square feet and has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The walkout lower level is finished. All bedrooms have sizeable closets. Outside, the property provides a 6' wide beautiful pier with a composite decking finishing, long bench and ladder to enjoy the lake in any manner you would like. There is an outdoor patio with nice furnishings, like a table, umbrella and Adirondack chairs that are used to enjoy the lake sunsets.
