”First room I was offered smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke, second one was okay but smoke detectors were all removed, lots of stains on the walls, missing outlet covers and faulty outlets. Not the cleanest beyond a cursory glance. Don’t look under the beds or at the ceiling. Hot water was short lived, property was definitely in need of some repair. Not a great part of town with arrests happening just around the corner and police abundant. Obviously some guests were “long term”. We...

”This reservation was canceled about a week before in an area with few options and a cycling event in which I was a participant. The hotel over booked and kicked me off with no options. Won’t be booking with the hotel or Expedia any time soon. ”

”Hotel location is good and peaceful. The breakfast has issues, something was always missing and the service was really unpolite and arrogant "we don't have enough staff", "the breakfast ends soon" (even though there was still 30 minutes to go). The room was clean, But don't take the room located at the side on the main street, the fans are making awful noise. Is the hotel worth the money, hard to say”

”Front desk clerk was nice and helpful. Week before our stay, we received a message that they were no longer offering breakfast. Our TV didn't work but the front desk person came in and at least got it to turn on but the remote would not power it on or off and the volume button didn't work. It had a fridge, microwave and iron that worked fine. The heater and AC did not work and neither did the blow dryer. The bed was OK but the floors had stuff permanently stuck to it. The pool was not operable,...

”The room was clean and the beds were comfortable; the showers could use an update. The WiFi didn’t work in our room nor could we get a cell signal which was slightly frustrating but I think that was an isolated problem to the location of our room.”
