Located on the 1st floor, this modern and bright apartment also benefits from a 10m² covered terrace, facing southeast and not overlooked, with garden furniture. It comprises: - a large air-conditioned living room with a lounge (flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi), dining room, and fully equipped open-plan kitchen (4 ceramic hobs, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and extractor hood), with reversible air conditioning in the main room - 2 bedrooms (one queen-size bed and two single beds that can be combined into a king-size bed) - a shower room - a toilet - a pantry (with washing machine) For your comfort, bed linens and towels are provided. Bath towels are not provided. Baby equipment (travel cot and high chair) can be provided upon request. Four bicycles are available.
