The family staying there left their three under 10 years old kids alone for a night and the noise after 10 pm was awful. We called the reception but nothing happened. But, the staff is not aware of what customer service is - I knew the malaysian ain’t the friendliest in Asia, but these guys could still drop the bar (especially this dude Sahrum at the reception). The rate was higher that Hilton in Chow Kit, but the room was hot, AC was noisy af and the bed was the hardest thing I’ve ever laid myself on. This hotel has mos def nothing to do with the term Royal.”
