”This property is nothing as advertised, studio apartment was disgusting, broken and stained sofa, bathroom had a moldy smell and dirty shower was even worse, AC had duct tape and water stain on wall from leaking AC. I was out first thing in the morning.save your money and don’t rent”

”It’s our first night and my 3 sisters are very happy and impressed with the view. I love the neighborhood and excited to explore the city during our stay. Easy access of the WIFI and the host is very accommodating! I would say I picked an excellent place to on our last week here in Davao! I can’t wait to back in 2 years”

”Pros :This is a great condo and the location is amazing. Next to Ayala, near SM and across the street from Gaisano. Enjoy a morning dip in the pool and then walk to laundry or malls and the smaller part of town too. Hotel staff are amazingly friendly also. The pool is wonderful and very safe for kids but CLOSED ON TUESDAYS! Nice size bathroom and living room. Cons : the bedroom has closet space but is a little small. We had no hot water but decided to just accept it as is. And any customer...
