GUEST VERIFICATION:

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

The cabin is a short drive from Blue Ridge. All roads leading to it are paved and easy to navigate.The mountain view is mesmerizing! The cabin is very luxurious and beautifully decorated.We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, movie theater and game room.Elliott quickly responded to any questions and concerns.

A perfect mountain cabin. Tons of room with clean furniture and appliances. A magical view. Very close to a ton of great swimming spots: Blue Ridge Lake, Toccoa River, and Oconee River. West-facing so you get awesome sunsets. Plenty of kitchenware to cook. Fire pit is next to the neighbor's AC machine, which was the only very small issue.

Adventure family

The photos of the property online look better than in person. The property definitely needs some TLC. Definitely shows wear and tear and needs an overall deep cleaning. Multiple issues with items broken or need repair/replacing. Stains on bed sheets. Shower curtain scared us. Nails protruding on deck cut my foot. Windows need to be cleaned to enjoy the view. Yard was not able to be used as grass was not cut until prior to day leaving. Beautiful views and great location.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home and beautiful views. Everything was as posted with the exception of a few things… the kitchen is not as well stocked as we would have liked. There are no baking dishes and limited pots and pans. One burner doesn’t work on the stove and top oven doesn’t work. The dishwasher lower rack is missing so many wheels, we had to lift it and slide it in and out. The theatre room had a musty smell so we didn’t use it. You can’t use the shuffleboard properly as there is no sand. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs bedroom(kids room)Is where the fancy shower is. This shower doesn’t go below 90. My husband was a little sad about the disc golf. One basket was broken and half the yard was mud. Hot tub was nice. Firepit was nice too. Over all we had a great time! Kids loved the views and sitting in all the outdoor seating. We lost power multiple times while here and were extremely grateful that the home had a back up generator. Beautiful home and lots of memories made.

Heaven in the mountains

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home for our anniversary. It was just as described. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful views! Lots of wildlife, hot tub, and pool table. A trip we would take again!

Perfect Mountain Getaway for Families

We stayed at this cabin as two families with young kids visiting from overseas, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. The kids loved the game room and movie theater, and we all enjoyed just relaxing and staring at the Blue Ridge mountains off in the distance. The location is both convenient and peaceful, offering hiking and a host of activities - a great balance of privacy and access to nearby towns. Highly recommend this cabin for families or groups.

Amazing Views for sure !!

The location was great, as were the Views as advertised. Communication was very responsive to minor questions/comments we had. Easy check in, great location. The house was amazing and we enjoyed using the fireplaces, hot tub and porches. Also a usable back yard area with frisbee golf. We are a family of 10, with little ones and this place was suitable for all adults and kids/grandkids. Would recommend to others

Great house!

The house was perfect for our 3 families. Bedroom on each of the three floors with bunkbeds for the kids. Games, pool table, hot tub, large backyard kept us busy. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Drive into town about 20 minutes and lot of restaurants, stores, brewery which we enjoyed. Highly recommend this property!

Great getaway spot

Me and 7 of my closest friends spent the last half of the week here, plenty of things for us to do at just the cabin alone. Greatly appreciated the utensils/pots/pans that were already there as a good portion of us wanted to prepare meals for the week while we were there.

Perfect Getaway!

Really fun place to stay! Easy to drive to and fantastic amenities! Our family spent much of our time in the cabin because it was so peaceful and so much fun to have at this cabin. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and silverware, etc. Plenty of towels in each bathroom. Well stocked with everything needed.

Beautiful cabin with stunning views

We stay in a pet friendly cabin in North GA at least once a year, sometimes more. This was the cleanest pet friendly space we have ever been in. There was so much room to spread out, but each gathering place had enough seating for our family to be comfortable. The drive to the neighborhood was easy, which is a big deal in the mountains! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Spacious cabin; Disappointing Service

Though the cabin was beautiful and spacious, I was very disappointed by the lack of service and disregard for my concerns and my guest concerns which I shared with the owner/property mgr via the VRBO app: 1) the water temperature in the upstairs bathroom was scalding hot and the temperature knob was broken. We had to go to the bottom floor to shower. I was informed someone would fix it first thing in the morning, but this did not happen. I reminded the owner, but my concern was ignored. 2) there was no TV in the bedroom on the walk in level which caused guest to have to watch tv outside of bedroom in the den/common area. 3) the microwave in the kitchen did not work. I wanted this ti be a 5 star experience, but unfortunately it was not. Despite these issues, the cabin provided lots of space and it was nicely decorated. Considering the costs associated with the rental, including insurance paid, I expected better service.

This house has it all!

This is a stunning, comfortable and spacious home in a superior location with an unmatched long-range mountain view. Ones like this are not easy to find. The lot that the house sits on is somewhat level which makes outdoor activities for both grown ups and kids very easy. The floor plan is fantastic, the movie theater is awesome! I can't say enough about it. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

AMAZING VIEWS

We celebrated my 45th birthday at this incredible cabin, and it surpassed all expectations. The cabin was immaculately clean, offering breathtaking views of the mountains – the best we've ever experienced. Fully equipped with everything from pans to silverware, it even had a thoughtful touch with coffee provided. The highlight for us was watching the sunset from the hot tub and enjoying football games in the amazing movie theater. My husband, daughter, and son were thoroughly impressed, and we left feeling relaxed in this amazingly beautiful and peaceful place. The thoughtful gesture of leaving snacks for us added a warm touch to our stay. The responsiveness and accommodation from the owners were commendable. Three fireplaces added a cozy atmosphere, and the game room became our nightly retreat for enjoyable rounds of pool. Overall, the attention to detail and quick assistance made our experience truly exceptional. We'll definitely recommend and eagerly look forward to staying again. What an amazing and spiritual experience.
