Luxe Escape is a breathtaking newly constructed mountain cabin with brand new furnishings and paved roads tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia. Perfect for a small family or couples getaway, this beautiful home accommodates 4 guests & is located 5 min to the North Carolina/GA border & 20-25 min to all the exciting amenities of Blue Ridge GA (Mercier Orchards, grocery stores, charming Downtown, Blue Ridge Lake & Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, etc).
This gorgeous, brand-new, 2-bedroom mountain modern cabin rental is perfect for small families and groups of friends! Whether you're hanging out on the patio and grilling, relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to the indoor/outdoor fireplaces, or enjoying the cozy floor plan and detailed furnishings, the surrounding mountain views and woods offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing mountain getaway!
This single-floor cabin features a gorgeous flagstone patio with outdoor furniture, a stone gas fireplace (operable year round), a patio heater, 4 Smart TVs (streaming only), a Sonos audio system, a gas grill (uses propane tanks), a wet bar (sink, glasses, storage space), a hot tub, and beautiful year-round mountain views.
The open living room has a wall of windows highlighting the mountain view, a gorgeous stone wood fireplace, a Smart TV (streaming only), and a Sonos Arc sound bar & speaker, making meal times and movie nights extra cozy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, toaster, knife set, kettle, 12 cup coffee brew pot and Keurig combo, coffee grinder, casserole dishes, mixing utensils, grated, pizza cutters, veggie peeler, scoop, can opener, wine opener, bottle openers, pots and pans, tupperware, mixing bowls, strainer, mashed, measuring utensils, hand mixer, cutting boards, grill tools, crockpot, blender, dishes, wine glasses, silverware, and baking sheets.
The first bedroom is a King Suite with a Smart TV (streaming only), closet, mountain views, and a private attached bathroom with a tile walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a King bed, closet, Smart TV (streaming only), and bathroom access (also accessible through the living room). This bathroom has a tile walk-in shower, washer, and dryer.

The cabin is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every guest's stay.
No pets and no smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigars, weed, vape, candles, etc) to respect owner and future guest allergies. Due to past guests ignoring this rule, if pets are brought to the cabin without approval, there will be a $400 fine. We take this seriously to help our guests feel safe at all times.
All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID. Minimum age to rent is 25.
Roads to the cabin are fully paved so it can be easily reached with any type of car. Please note the driveway is gravel, flat, and can only fit 3 cars maximum. Not suitable for RV's, boats, trailers, etc.

A few House Rules (Sorry, I have to…): You are the responsible renter of the Property and you agree to be an occupant of the Property for the entire duration of the rental. You must be 25 years or older to rent our cabin. All other occupants will be family members, friends, other responsible adults over 21, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Occupancy is limited to registered guests only; max occupancy is 4. Occupancy by more than the registered guests/more than 4 will result in the immediate termination of your rental and forfeiture of all payments and deposits.
Quiet Hours between 10pm - 8am. We are blessed with good neighbors who are full time residents, and we enforce a good neighbor policy that is part of the HOA here in Mountain High. Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived. You and your Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community, that is not in violation of any local, state or federal laws, and that will not prompt complaints to us from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. Noise audible outside the Property (including music or loud conversation) is prohibited between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. During the time before the quiet hours, please keep the outdoor music down to a relatively low level.
To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, you agree to close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the Property and upon check-out.
