Jätä päivittäinen jauho taaksepäin ja ympäröi itsesi kohoavilla puilla ja pitkän matkan näkymistä Cohutta-vuoristoon. Nauti yksityisestä kylpytynnyristä ja pelihuoneesta. Tässä kodissa on kaikki mitä tarvitset muistojen luomiseen, jotka kestävät eliniän. Tämä Mineral Bluff -koti on 12 minuutin päässä Blue Ridgen keskustasta ja sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Ellijayn ja McCaysvillen välissä. We had a great time at this cabin. Close enough to Blue Ridge to be there in about 15 minutes, but remote enough for plenty of privacy. The view is amazing. There were several times we did not leave the deck for several hours.

The driveway is a doozy but no issue for my little Camry and LOVED the sign part way up that says, "you got this" , made me smile at just the right moment! Let me say though the view at the cabin, jaw droppingly breathtaking! The fireplace had some issues with no communication between the buttons on the wall and the fireplace but the owners were quick to communicate with me. Over all, the cabin has all, even more than you need for a lovely getaway. Pictures do not do the view justice, the line where the mountains meet the sky in the mornings, I understand why it's called a blue ridge, and the sunsets are something you want to get settled in on the porch for. It's the show!!!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions that made getting settled a breeze.The cabin itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated — a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. We especially loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and living area with the stone fireplace. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after long hikes. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals, and the dining area was ideal for family dinners.The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, and the linens felt fresh and luxurious. We all slept great! The outdoor spaces were a highlight — morning coffee on the porch with a view of the mountains was unforgettable, and the fire pit area made for fun evenings roasting marshmallows under the stars. We all had a blast playing games in converted garage space and it was still warm down there too!Our host was responsive, thoughtful, and made sure to check in on us when the weather was looking like it might take a turn for a nasty ice storm. We truly appreciated the extra touches that made is feel even more homey like blankets, pillow, mattress toppers and quality toiletries.Overall, this cabin exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and charming. Just be sure to give it some gas on the driveway and don't miss the turn into the cabin the first time!

Excellent host, lovely property, smart house, new appliances, easy to access - only a few steps into main level of house, firepit/game room accessible without steps via car, handshower in main bathroom, paved road/AWD not necessary, 20 min. to downtown Blue Ridge, gorgeous views (including from hot tub), huge covered porches with swings and rocking chairs, main surfaces clean, basement (unfinished) game room is fun with option to open garage door in good weather. Will stay again!!We found a few minor cons but guests can prepare for them: bring your own pots/cookware/sharp knives, pilot light of fireplace was out on arrival (we had no issues relighting but others might), bring allergy meds due to excessive dust, bath towels getting threadbare.

This was like coming to our own home. Felt so inviting, fresh, clean aand no guessing games on where things were or how to use things in home.. Hot tub fresh and clean, everything was spotless. Enough linens, comfy king bed. The cabin can sleep 6, but it was just the 2 of us.fireplace inside was added ambience ii the morning with coffee. The outside screened porch is where we spent 90% of our time. The view is just breath taking. Rocking chairs my husband wanted to bring home. Can not wait to visit again. Best experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. The cabin sits just over 2000 ft in elevation and has a great sunset and mountain range view. We enjoyed stargazing, playing games downstairs, having a fire in the fire pit, and of course the hot tub. We never left the cabin! (P.S. The driveway is around a 60 degree incline and not for the faint of heart).

Amazing view. You have neighbors but you it’s secluded and they can’t see you and you can’t see them. Owner was quick to respond and even left us an anniversary gift on the table as soon as we opened the door. We will DEFINITELY be back.

Great Mountain Cabin

Sky Blue View lived up to its name, for sure. Beautifully decked out, with a large screened in porch overlooking the mountains, with spa, game room, fireplace, and views from multiple levels. Large, well decorated and stocked rooms made the stay very comfortable.The road leading to the house has a serious incline, which leads you to a very private and relaxing home away from home.We had one issue upon arrival: there was no hot water. Janice was right on it: she sent a repair man immediately. For some reason, the on-demand unit was simply off. It was no fault of the owners, and as I said, they addressed it immediately.In the future, if this happens again, the unit simply needs to be turned on and it functions excellently.Beautifully built and decorated, with many features and activities, spectacular views, and an excellent host, I would highly recommend Sky Blue View!

Beautiful, Clean, and Peaceful Property

We had a wonderful stay at this quiet and well-maintained cabin. Everything was clean and fully stocked with essentials, which made settling in easy and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout our stay—even when a brief power outage occurred, they promptly helped contact the power company and kept us updated. Gorgeous Mountain House

The view is incredible and the house was very well kept and clean. We loved the screen porch with rocking chairs and the hot tub for sunsets and stargazing. Pictures do not do it justice! Wonderful stay, favorite view

Incredible stay, would come again. Definitely watch the parking video. One note though--I was emailed a long packet of contractual information--it was quite dense, quite legal-sounding, and though it was reasonable and any host is entitled to enforce their own posted rules of VRBO, the fact that it was sent outside of the VRBO platform, in addition to how contractual the language felt, left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. It took away the "bed and breakfast" community vibe, and made it feel exclusively transactional. I get that this is ultimately a transaction, but VRBO guests typically don't want to feel that way. That's why we choose VRBOs over hotels.
