Tämä koiralle sopiva järvitalo Anna-järven rannalla on täydellinen paikka seuraavan perhelomalle. Tarjolla on yksityinen venelaituri, jossa on lähellä tulipaloa aivan veden rannalla sekä tilava kalustettu kansi. Sisällä voit valmistaa aterioita täysin varustetussa keittiössä, testata taitojasi biljardipöydällä tai kerätä suurta taulutelevisiota elokuva-aikaan.

Mikä on lähistöllä:
Käynnistä veneesi tai kajakki kauniiseen Anna-järvelle, joka on yksi suurimmista makeanveden säiliöistä Virginiassa. Tutustu veden läpi järven Anna State Park -puistoon, joka tarjoaa hiekkarannan, leikkikentän, polkuja ja telakoita vesiskootterisi taloon. Siellä on BBQ-ravintola ja siideritalo lyhyen ajomatkan päässä, tai mineraalikaupungissa on muutamia muita vaihtoehtoja. Matka kuusi kilometriä länteen, josta löydät Boardwalk Miniature Golfin.

Great views of lake channel, inside very clean house and well stocked kitchen. Closets in rooms had extra pillows and quilts and blankets. Sleeps 8 easily. We took our college age son and 5 of his friends, Two levels allows for adults and college kids to hang out separately.Fun playing pool, going out on kayaks and paddle board. Many wonderful memories!! Bring bug spray, near Food Lion and ABC store.

The house was outstanding. Very peaceful and quiet. We had my Father-in-Law with use and the house was very accessible for his walker and needs. Great view and well maintained.

Thanksgiving holiday

This is the second year my family and I have stayed at this property for Thanksgiving. The layout of the house works for our group. There are several places to sit and relax without feeling cramped and on top of each other. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner with no problem. The house was clean upon arrival. The downstairs double queen bedroom could use a bedding refresh. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing f from the boat dock. Hope to return again next year.

Beautiful setting! Lots of room to spread out!

Everything was fabulous other than the fact that we didn’t have sheets for the hide a bed we were counting on to accommodate the layout of our family. There were no beach towels but we didn’t get real wet outside, just kayaked. The kayaks and pool table were much appreciated! The fire pit was wonderful although we didn’t realize we needed to supply our own wood until we got there. our family had a wonderful mini reunion!

Perfect Lake Trip Rental

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The property was extremely clean. I don't believe we had any issue during our stay. We really enjoyed the dock. Loved how the property is secluded. Can't really ask for more, the property checked all the boxes we would need. Seamless entry and very grateful you're notified if the house is ready early. 5 out of 5.

Great family Getaway!

Lovely home tucked away in a nice inlet off the North Anna branch. Easy access to the entire (public) lake. Neighborhood has a boat launch as well. My wife and I, and four adult family members, were very comfortable.

A Perfect Getaway

Great family retreat!

Great house right on the water! The house was very clean and had lots to do for all ages. We had a great time relaxing here with the family. Only issue was that the main fireplace did not work and was not fixable during our stay.

Great Weekend

Me and a few guys spent a great weekend relaxing at this house on the water. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, hanging out by the fire pit, and playing pool in the Rec Room. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. I would rent this house again.

Great spot for a stay at the lake. Private boat launch very close by. Covered dock was awesome as it rained one night yet boat was dry and ready in the morning. Well appointed house with all the basics and a few treats by the property managers. Nice location to get out and discover local fare. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Much needed getaway

We enjoyed our one week stay. I was really happy the master bedroom had a huge walk in closet that I could use as my babies bedroom. The house was perfect and very well maintained. It was really cool to walk to see the eagles nest everyday. The beds were so incredibly comfortable. I'd recommend for anyone sleeping in the basement to pack some warm pjs. We will definitely be back!

House needs some TLC.

I’ll start with the positives. The layout of the home was ideal for three families. Two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs made for good separation when needed. It was nice that there were two kayaks although we had little kids and could not take them on as they were only for 1 person. It was fairly clean upon arrival. The major disappointments were the coffee maker is just about broken it works at times but takes forever to even turn it on. The downstairs toilet constantly runs and if you’re a light sleeper it will keep you up as the walls are very thin. In the bathroom downstairs the bathmats were clearly not washed from the previous guests stay. The TVs and or Wi-Fi connection are a joke as well. You can’t keep a connection in this house. The property management company was very slow to respond I am talking weeks at a time and still did not answer all of my questions which there were only a few. The outside of the home needed some love as well the yard was totally overgrown and bees everywhere you could not really enjoy the deck because of them. This is our first time visiting Lake Anna and the lake was a disappointment and very dirty. We lucked out with the weather and we were hoping that the kids could get in the water but after reading some scary feedback about the power plant and the radioactive waste in the water we decided Against it.. I was also very surprised of all the positive reviews about the well stocked kitchen. There was very few pots and pans that were decent to use. Did not feel like this house was stocked well with cooking necessities. I wouldn’t return to this property

Property rental

The phone service was pretty bad so we had a hard time getting the address. There was no instructions or someone to speak to so we had to keep calling the reservation number. There was a grill available to use, but no gas for the grill, so it is pointless to even offer the grill. We had to go to the store and pay to refill the gas tank that will stay and remain on the property. Very unfair. Not only that, after we got the gas the grill was not working so we had to cook inside. The house was always cold even when we turned the temperature up.. The place was beautiful, but the experience wasn't so great.

Excellent Getaway

Beautiful fall location in wonderfully appointed house. The house very clean and well appointed with shampoo/conditioner; soap; dish soap; etc. we used the gas fireplace and kayaks, and enjoyed time on the deck. We also worked in a few games of pool. Several lightbulbs were not working in the basement, but the management company was very responsive and considerate. WIFI worked well for multiple zoom calls, but our ATT cell service was very sketchy. We also could not figure out how to get local TV (only WIFI). Not sure if we missed something or if it was not available. Would definitely recommend and return!
