All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Well equipped kitchen and house. Lake views from the deck were great as was the firepit. Mattress in the master bedroom was phenomenal. Please message me to let me know what kind it is.

We encountered an issue when we arrived that both the deadbolt and regular lock was locked and we only had access to one key. Quick call and they had someone there to fix that within an hour. The property is nice and I'd stay there again, but you can tell that perhaps it was rushed to the market with several things that need to be done and or completed to make the home top notch.

The entryway is unmarked. Outdoors is unkeep including the dock and stairs, they are hazardous an accident is bound to happen with nails sticking up, lose and missing boards.Inside is nice but doesn't really have space for 10 people as advertised. Water pressure is horrible.

It was fine

Overall the stay was fine. The driveway is unmarked so a little hard to find. Place doesn’t seem to be used much - lots of spiders. No dock makes it hard to get into water which was disappointing. House was clean but some counters had sticky residue on them. Chest in one of lower rooms was filled with tools which if we had a young kid would be an issue. Besides the missing dock the next biggest issue was the restaurant next door - live bands on Friday and Saturday night meant very loud noises till midnight both nights.

Not ready for prime time

No address id/- supposed to be for 10 people- only 6 dining chairs, seating for 5 in living room 3!!! ADIRONDACK chairs!!! TV didn’t work, upstairs fan didn’t work, no lights by bedside, no closet or dresser upstairs to put clothes in. Bedding was awful/ very thin comforters and not one blanket except the one by the bug killer. Nice appliances in kitchen- pots/pans and utensil drawers looked like a bomb went off- many not clean. 3 can openers but not 1 wine opener. Only 4 bowls- none matching, plates had chips or cracks again no matches. Glassware not clean- no wine glasses unless the mugs from the renaissance age are intended to be used as wine glasses. There is a loud band that plays at the bar at night so maybe some earplugs for guests would be nice. This place is definitely a work in progress and maybe only a third of the way done. It was quite disappointing and I rarely complain but couldn’t get over this one.
