”Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en aardig. Goed gevuld ontbijt en extra wensen zijn geen probleem. Het appartement heeft 1 grote vide als slaapkamer met allemaal losse bedden, dus geen aparte slaapkamers. De grote trap heeft geen hekje voor kinderen.”

”The room was clean & the location great! Also appreciated the coffee pods & helpful, cheerful cleaner that came through in the mornings. Shower could be cleaner & there was no place to hang our towels. WiFi wasn't working when we arrived so we msg'd them & they said they would try to restart & let us know. No one got back to us. We had to wait until the cleaner arrived the next morning for him to restart the router. We also asked for a quiet room only to be placed right next to the front door...

”Es sieht so aus, dass die großen Zimmer in der Unterkunft "B&B Elegance" einigermaßen komfortabel sind, das von mir gebuchte kleine Junior-Room war dagegen weder bequem, noch angenehm, und aus hygienischer Sicht sogar bedenklich. Das sehr enge, schmale Zimmerchen entstand szs. künstlich, aus wirtschaftlicher Überlegung, durch Teilung eines größeren Raumes (auch der Balkon wurde mit einer Holzplatte abgegrenzt). Das "eigene Bad" entpuppte sich als frei im Zimmer stehendes, nur mit einem Paravent...

”Myself and my husband enjoyed our stay here. The Room was clean and the bed was comfy. The only downside was the shower opening my husband struggled to get in and out due to being an average sized guy. This is only really ideal for small thin people to get inside of it Overall the place was in a good location next to the shop's, restaurants, bars and close to the train station”

”My only regret is that I didnt book a longer stay! We were warmly welcomed. Room was spacious and tidy. Everything worked. Common area had complimentary tea and wine. Lovely patio also. Close to sights on a historica lane. Already want to go back to Ferrara. ”

”This is such a lovely spot. The location is convenient to food and attractions and the manager is incredibly nice and helpful. Comfortable bed, hot shower, nice garden though it stormed when I was there so I didn’t really use it. Would definitely visit Ferrara and stay at this locanda again.”
